Disappointed initially, but made up by the seller's attitude

It came cracked, from bottom to more than half way up, with some paint inside the crack, which indicated that it was cracked when it was made and they didn't care... Update: I received another mug after 3 days of posting the review. Alright I'll shut up and I'm pleased with the attitude.

Looks Great

I bought this for a costume, it looks great, drinking out of it was a bit weird, but I still enjoyed it. Overall a great conversation piece, but I don't think anyone is going to just use this mug as their daily drinker.

nice mug

got it for my wife and she seems to like it pretty well, handle seems like it could be sanded a little bit more due to being slightly rough but that's an easy fix. overall if I needed/wanted another I would buy from this seller again.

Product came with a crack on side covered with some glue, however after two weeks it became visible.

Upon arrival I was really pleased with a mug. However after couple weeks I noticed the crack appearing on a side. I washed the inside on the mug by hand and never let it soak in a water. Of course I never dropped it. Thought I gonna give it a pass but today the crack became so noticeable I had to post those pictures in this review. Overall 4 stars for qulity, it's not the best one but the mugs itself are pretty sturby. One extra star for customer service.

Great for adults that want a unique drinking mug

I bought this for consumption of drinks while enjoying a session of D&D with friends. Item arrived very well packaged to ward of potential damage. Mugs are hand wash only (obviously due to wood) but the 20oz mug holds plenty of beverage and the steel keeps it cold. Have not tried hot beverages but they warn extreme cold/hot could damage the wood over time. Handle is a little hard to use with my semi-large hands but I don't have any issues holding it. I really like it and would recommend it to the D&D player in your life or yourself.

Love these mugs

Love these mugs. Real wood and seem handmaid. I have a bunch of these and use it when company comes. Nothing better then beer from a wooden mug! They are awesome decorations as well! Do not machine wash hand wash only. They even set hand crafted charmes to thank us for buying! As long as you clean them after use I have not hand any issues. Pretty durable but they are wood so the can crack but when mine did it only added character to it and did not mess with the drinking at all.

Nice But Damaged.

It's a fairly well-made piece. However, upon unboxing it, there was a large crack in the wood running the entire length of the mug. Edit: They sent me a new one. It's rough, and needs a bit of sanding, but this one is undamaged. Great seller attitude!

Great Mug

I got this for someone as a gift for when there playing sea of thieves and they love it. It doesn't feel cheap at all i just hope non of the wood stain doesn't come off or fade over time.

Sturdy and well-built

You feel like a boss drinking out of this, and it feels like you'll be able to use it for years. Real wood. Quite a conversation piece, would be great as an addition to a viking costume.

A nice classic RPG tabletop tavern tankard

I was pleased with my purchase and did not find any damages to the tankard. Upon opening the box I did see a paper instructions to how to properly clean the tankard and what not to do. Plus it mentions for whatever reason if you recieved a damaged tankard upon delivery is to contact them first for a new replacement. I was very pleased on reading the friendly customer service, luckily I didn't need to. I am looking forward to future D&D games with my friends while drinking out of this, makes it more immersive 😊. I do own a metal steel tankard and did a side-by-side view for comparison, some times it easier to compare something familiar. It's a little more thicker to drink out of but nothing I can't get use to. Now if you have big hands the grip may be a little small to fit all four fingers in the handle. Luckily I'm able to without being too painful, worse comes to shove I'll grip the barrel section. Still for $30 I say it's worth it.
