BEST EGG POACHERS - EASY TO CLEANUP!!!
Best egg poachers!!! I purchased a set a few months back and fell in love with them. It makes it so easy to poach eggs and cleanup is a breeze. I wanted to order a set for my daughter as a Christmas present, but when I tried to order they were out of stock. Stupid me decided to try a different brand only to find out the material used was very sticky and there was no way the eggs would not stick to them. When my daughter came home for Christmas she fell in love with them so I gave her two of mine. Fortunately after she went back home Amazon had them in stock once again and I was able to order another set. I'm now sending my daughter the two colors that she doesn't have and replacing my set with the colors that she took. Great way to enjoy eggs without all the oil, much healthier. I toast an English muffin, put sliced fresh tomatoes and avocado on the muffin then put a poached egg on top for my healthy version of eggs benedict. My husband absolutely love it and request it often.

Yes to these!
So glad I got these. May even ditch my beloved Egglette cookers. First use was so- so ..due to learning curve. Second time I perfected it- used silicone brush and vegetable oil with some tarragon, salt and pepper. *Put eggs in cups right away before oil settled. *Update: even easier- use back of a teaspoon to spread a thin layer of butter into cups. Eggs come out of the cups even easier!!!!! Once water started to show small bubbles I put cups into pot, turned heat down to medium and put pot lid on. At 7 minutes took out with tongs. Grabbed short side, tipped it so water from steam poured out the hole opposite onto paper towel. All eggs slid right out into bowl except for one, which did once I pushed the sides of the cup to loosen. Eggs were between soft and hard boiled . **( I have a gas stove, just FYI.) 5 minutes on first try left whites runny too. Served with a little cheese and roasted pine nuts to satisfy my craving/avoidance of bread. Yummy! Super easy clean up of cups. Would buy again for sure! Came with booklet but I didn't bother to read and did fine.

They work. Boy, do they work!
These things are fantastic. I am a total klutz in the kitchen. A complete non-cook. And yet 2 poached eggs came out perfectly the first time I used these little beauties. A squirt of Pam in each cup, crack and drop the egg in, set them on the turntable of my 1100W microwave, cover them with a paper towel and 60 seconds later I had two completely delicious wonderfully done poached eggs. Voile! If I can do it, anyone can... Boy, am I impressed. Way to go Cozilife!!!

Love these! So easy with consistent results.
Eggs are a breeze to cook in these, with results as described in manufacturers copy: runny yoke, cooked whites. I boil water, drop the cup(s) in, cover, and cook for 6 minutes. I always spray the cup lightly with cooking spray before adding the egg and they slip out nicely when cooked. I think the ring at the bottom is essential to stand the cup up. (I understand some poaching cups from other makers don't have them.) I boil enough water so the cups float, though, so the ring isn't needed while cooking. The only time I had a problem, I think I boiled too little water, and used too many cups for the pan diameter, so the cups tipped and I lost some of the egg white. Very pleased overall.

I know how to make the perfect egg!
I've been reading popular articles about the search for the perfect soft boiled egg recipe and it's amazing the lengths people go to to get a tender perfectly textured egg. The search is over and COZILIFE wins! Just cook the eggs very slowly in a pot with a glass lid and within a few tries you will have the perfect egg every time. I'm talking 10 minutes or more for the "perfect" tender egg. But, if you don't need perfect you can do it in half the time. UPDATE Don't let the sides of the cups touch the sides of the pan or water from condensation on the lid will run down the sides and soak the egg, yuck. If you are not very careful cleaning the cups with a nonabrasive sponge the egg will stick to the sides eventually even with oil spray which works pretty well. This is a great product and I highly recommend it!

Great product - we use them all the time
I used to use a bowl with a little bit of water to microwave eggs, but these silicone cups are a LOT easier to clean, and work great. Just microwave (with a paper towel to stop the egg from popping), then rinse and toss in the dishwasher. UPDATE: We've purchased a second set of these egg cups by Cozilife. We had tried a different brand, but then realized they didn't have the bottom ring which Cozilife brand does - meaning that the egg cups kept tipping over and spilling in the microwave. Really happy with the Cozilife brand egg cups - they are also a bit larger than the others we tried.

Best Egg Poacher Ever
I've been looking for a way to poach eggs without introducing another pot into my crowded cabinet and these silicone egg poachers by Cozilife are the answer to my quest. They make the best and easiest way to poach 1-4 eggs without any hassle. All you have to do is put about an 1" of water into a pan, crack an egg into one of the poachers that has been either lightly sprayed with a butter or veg spray or greased with butter, add some seasoning if desired, put it into the pan, close the lid, turn on the heat to boil and voila, in less than 5 min at boil, perfect poached eggs. You can also hard boil your eggs without the shells. You can also do 4 scrambled eggs with different added ingredients all at the same time. The ingredients stay put because of the flat bottom construction, just don't overfill the water the little baskets are sitting in. It also makes great puddings that need a water bath or anything that needs steaming. The eggs or whatever you put into it slips right out and the poacher shells wash with soap and water in a snap. I will be purchasing several sets as holiday gifts. What a find!!

Excellent product!
I didn't know I needed this until I found it! Lovely little product and Company. I followed the directions exactly .....lightly sprayed the inside of the cup with cooking spray, crack the egg into the cup, place the cup with the egg in it into one inch of water in a saucepan, bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer, cover pan and cook to desired doneness. I used two forks to remove the cups from the hot water by sliding from the inside to the outside a time of the fork through the convenient holes in the cup. Egg slipped easily out of the cup. I highly rate this product and would buy again.

Pretty much perfect
When I was growing up, my mom had an egg poacher. This was a dedicated pan with a frame at the top, and 4 cups fit into the frame. Worked just great, but really, the last thing I need is another pan cluttering my cabinets, so I thought I'd give these a try. They're tiny, they're cute, and they work like a charm. Couldn't be any easier-- just grease them a little (I use butter) and crack an egg into each. Pop them into a pan with about an inch of boiling water, put the lid on, and give it about 5 minutes for a large egg. I don't find it necessary to use any implement to pick them up, as the silicone stays reasonably cool above the water line. Because of the pan lid, there may be a little condensation in each cup. I just tip them slightly to pour off any liquid before I slide the egg out. I see some reviewers have had trouble getting the eggs out, but that's not been my experience at all. In fact, I have to be careful when pouring off the condensation so's not to lose the egg. I suppose, for cooking cred, I should learn how to poach an egg in the swirling water, like the pros do. So I guess the one down side to these things is that they make it significantly less likely that I'll ever bother to learn that skill. ;-)
