Great succulents for the price. They arrive in pretty good shape and on time. I had to clean them up a bit and fill in a little soil, but they worked out perfectly for what I needed. I watered them upon arrival and then let them sit outside in the Texas sun for a day. Used them as party favors for a baby shower. Can't beat the price or convenience!

I ordered these from the Amazon Treasure Truck. I had to pick them up but they were still boxed the same way I'd they were shipped. Naturally the dry dirt is sprinkled inside, no big deal, just a little messy when you start pulling everything out. So open them by the sink or outside. All 20 are a different succulent and look beautiful! I've had them for at least 2 weeks and so far so good. I've only repotted one but I haven't watered any yet. I'm so happy I got these. I've just spread them around my living room for now. Next to pictures, etc. They're adorable and tiny, I love them! Fingers crossed I don't kill them. I would buy again. The last photo is the only one I've repot Ted to go with the other 2 in the holder. So far so good!

I purchased two boxes of these succulents to give out as gifts at a bridal shower. They arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. When they arrived (before I even knew they were at my door) I received a call from the company to make sure the plants had arrived and I was satisfied with their condition. The representative I spoke to on the phone was very polite and said if I was unhappy with any of the plants for any reason to let him know and he would send me replacements. I received many compliments at the bridal shower on the succulents and everyone wanted to know where I got them from. I would definitely order these again the next time I want succulents.

These arrived faster than I had anticipated and all looked very healthy. I was very pleased with the variety I received and will most definitely order from this company again in the future. Now I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that I can keep them alive!

My biggest problem was that these were shipped with required signature via UPS. They would not leave at my address even after I signed the online waiver. Probably due to so many deliveries to cold weather areas and the plants were dead upon arrival. So the plants did not arrive as planned. They were taken to a UPS store and they require me to go there or they would wait 7 days and return the package. WHAT!!!! I was so tempted to just not pick them up as people work. Geez! But I feel bad for any plants leaving for death. So I went to pick them up. Be aware that it can happen and the plants won't be left at your place. I signed the online waiver and the info notice and called them and they still took the packages to another place. UPS said that their drivers have the options of not delivering based on their own judgment. Mind you that we live in Texas with very mild weather at this time. My UPS guy had a different set of judgment and I was not happy. Back to the plants. They were dry and VERY well packaged with lots of bubbles and shredded paper ribbons and a heater block to keep the plants warm. Wow! It's a heated box in there. I watered and soaked them a bit. Nice varieties, cute little plants. Hopefully they will be ok if I try to follow directions on how to care for them. I am happy with the plants and the packaging. I am very unhappy with the delivery. I now have plants that were planned as gifts but missed deadlines.

The plants all arrived in good condition. There was a fair amount of loose dirt in the boxes but all of the plants & root balls were still in their pots. Since I repotted all of them anyway, the loose dirt didn't faze me. Some of them had more than one stem and I was able to separate them so I ended up with more than 20 healthy plants. After a month, they are all still doing well. Update: 07/26/18 — I ordered this collection a second time and have been just as happy with the 2nd purchase. All of the plants arrived alive and well. They were packed snuggly in a box filled with pleated paper strips to keep them from moving around and then that box was in a larger box with crumpled paper all around it. Again, there was some dirt in the inner box but all the plants and their root balls were in their individual pots. I watered everybody and tomorrow, when I put them in decorative pots, I'll brush the loose dirt off of them with a small paint brush. I'm very pleased with the assortment in this second order. I'd say at least half of them were not duplicated in the original order. "Shop Succulents" has been 5-star both times and I'm sure I'll be ordering again from them in the future.

I was very reluctant to order plants from the internet. I needed these for gifts and needed them quickly. They were shipped in 2 days! When I opened the box I expected to see some plants unwell or overturned from shipping. HOWEVER!!! THESE PLANTS ARE IN PERFECT CONDITION. Not only that, they are all very different. I immediately put them in a big pan with water. They are in the kitchen window soaking up indirect light. and looking very healthy. I wish I could keep all 50 of them! I will definitely buy these again. You will not be disappointed if you buy these plants from this seller. The pic is of 40 of them, the other 10 are just as perfect.

It bought this variety pack of 20 succulents to make a floating island rock garden with my coffee table (also purchased on Amazon). The plants came well-packaged and thriving. I’m pleased with the assortment and how well they are serving in the capacity they’re in. The plants, while small, are just the right size for this installation and I look forward to seeing how this living centerpiece will change with time.

Absolutely the best succulent collection I have ever seen. Each plant was a different variety, some that you rarely find. This is a terrific bargain!

The bad: First, no custom orders, period. Also, the plants are not as colorful as the description photos--Not even close. Second, the growers use very hard water, so there are a ton of mineral deposits on the leaves, which make them look a little ugly/grimy. You also might get some plants that have recently been watered before shipping, which increases the chance that they will rot. Additionally, a lot pf these plants are not in the best of health, some with brown leaf tips, etc. Lastly, many plants have outgrown their pots, so a lot of rosette leaves get damaged during shipping because packing smashes the leaves down onto the sharp edge of the pot, slicing or even completely cutting them off. This is pretty hard to avoid though, so it isn't really the fault of the seller, just a downside of ordering succulents online in general. The good: They are packed very securely (I ordered from Shop Succulents specifically), so only a little dirt is displaced and the plants are not rolling around in the box--love this! There's a chance that you might get a box of dehydrated plants, but it's better than soggy soil, and after a good soaking and a couple days under grow lights, they will almost certainly perk right back up to their full glory. Even though you won't likely get any cool, rare plant varieties, they do give you many different types of plants, so not a lot of repeats/duplicates, if any. As a side-note, I think potted plants are way better than cuttings; Cuttings are cheaper, but it can be really hard to get them to root because a lot of growers leave their cuttings sitting around in the dark for weeks before they even ship them to you, so they are often too dehydrated to grow roots by the time you get them home. Potted plants have their own risks: rot from inopportune watering before shipping, breakage from poor packing methods, or pest infestations. The good thing is that decent sellers like Shop Succulents will help you out if you get a bad box of plants for any of these reasons; Just send them photos of the dead/diseased plants that you received and wait patiently for a replacement. My first box was in very poor health, but their customer service rep helped me out immediately and sent a new box of plants in much better condition. I'd definitely recommend!
