This is the only kind I have experience with but these were nice and thick. The back has serrations (think of wriggleys gum) to help it contour, which I guess the other cheaper ones don’t. On mine I used a sharpie and colored all but the middle to try and help against light bleed. It looks good at night to. The light bleed you see in the picture is only slightly noticeable in person. The picture makes it look bad. Would be nice if it came with multiples in case you mess a sticker up. I used tweezers and foam window cleaner. I first got the tweezers a little moist with the foam. Used it to pry off the sticker. Then just dredged the sticker across the foam hanging on the nozzle of the windex can. It didn’t take much. This let me put the sticker on and slide it into the perfect position. The windex will dry. Good luck.

Must have for Chevy owners!

These stickers are perfect for the common issue facing Chevy owners with the buttons for the air con system rubbing off. They come as a set that has all the buttons but normally it is just the fan up and down buttons that run off. Nice to have in case we do run into a issue down the road. I just through them in a bag and left them nicely tucked away in my glove compartment for such a day. Very easy to put on but be careful with alignment. Once they are stuck on they are stuck on. I would guess you would ruin them if you had to peal off and reapply. Make sure the surface is clear and remember these cover the problem area but no the entire button so don't go scratching off the factory button coating. Overall this has transformed my air con system. Looks brand new again!

Tips but worth it! Good investment.

Reviews were good and these were cheap. A few tips and fyis... - scratching off the stuff already there was a tedious task. My husband and I took just about an hour to do 4 buttons. But it's worth it. - do not scratch around the edges of your current buttons, keep a good lip or you will see green around the edges (see my Recirc button). These buttons match perfectly. The pictures are a tiny different than what was on it but it serves its purpose and my panel looks 100 x better.

Excellent replacement, matches so well you can't really even tell. If I didn't know which stickers I'd replaced I couldn't tell by looking. Just don't scratch off the old paint from the button- leave it on or too much light will shine though and look odd at night. Just go over the old with this.

Thank goodness these button stickers were made! I bought a Tahoe and it drove me crazy that I could see the green coming thru where it was peeling off. The stickers were easy to put on and you would never know they are replacements! To me, this was definitely money well spent!

These look great! You need to make sure that the area where the light comes through is free of paint or they won't look good at night. The recirculation sticker wasn't exactly like the indicator in my 2007 Silverado so the light doesn't come through very well on it, but they look great during daylight hours.

These are a quick fix and looks so good

I bought the after reading all the reviews for stickers! I have a 2007 Yukon Dinali and these fit the buttons perfectly. A major flaw of the Yukon Dinali is that the paint on the buttons wears off from people pushing the buttons all the time. So when I found these I was excited to purchase them to fix my buttons on my vehicle. They were easy to install and they fit right over the top you can’t even tell that I’ve done anything but they make my car look so much better! I would suggest cleaning the buttons with rubbing alcohol first because any oil‘s on the buttons from your fingers woman Will make the buttons will make the stickers not stick to the button very good.

Nice sticker repair kit

Perfect match. I must mention, you need to scrape off the bad coating that remains on the button. Otherwise, as soon as you apply the sticker, the old peels off to the sticky side and ruins it. That is what happened to me. There is no instructions for these stickers. They fit perfectly, but now i have to purchase another set just for the one sticker i needed. Bummer.
