I just love these bags! I purchased them a year or so ago in the flat box, which is super convenient for sliding under the seat in my car & stores conveniently in my travel trailer! When I saw that they now came in rolls too, I decided to purchase them with the dispenser! Same great quailty, personal customer service & convenience! I won't buy any other bags and even use the XL size for cat litter! I love the idea of giving back and supporting an American company that has my values! The Best Doggy Clean-Up Bags Ever!

These are the best doggy poop bags I have ever purchased! I walk everyday with my dog, Joey. I am a responsible dog owner and always clean up after him. I have struggled before with bags that won’t rip off easily, that are different to separate from one another, that are too small to grasp for a careful clean up, or that can’t be tied efficiently. These bags are perfect! They make cleaning up a breeze. They are well made and have none of the issues I have encountered with lesser bags. Also, they are biodegradable! I highly recommend these bags and I will purchase again! Joey and I thank you for a great product!

Great for kitty litter waste - sturdy and roomy for several deposits per day

I am reordering these. I love the biodegradable feature. The bags are tough. I don't have a dog, I use them to dispose of my kitty liter waste, which is quite heavy! One bag will take several heavy deposits and still room to tie a knot. These bags help me reduce my use of plastic, which I love. They take care of the stink and keep the litter fresh until garbage day. The price is reasonable for an environmentally-friendly product and a small family-owed company.

Let's face it, you can pick up doggy do with just about anything...however the owner of this company - David Wesch is so grateful for your order he will practically bake you an appreciation cake. This is my first order of Doggy Do Good although I have rated many other products at Amazon. I can tell you the bags are cute, they are green with black lettering. It fits into my holder. They are made of a vegetable based product that he says is good for the environment and is compostable - breaks down in 90 days. However, I am not writing up the product as much as the owner of the company - he brightened my day and I know he will give you a chuckle. Hats off to you David for fulfilling the American dream - you have a product that is now sold world wide! Whooppee, congrats!!

Finally, a match for my dogs' turds.

I'd been using regular, non-biodegradable bags to dispose of my dogs dumps for a long, long time. After adopting a literal dog-turd factory (otherwise known as a French Bulldog), I started feeling a little guilty about the volume of doggie dump bags I'd been throwing away. So, I got online, did some research, and found these bags. They are made of the only kind of plastic that the US government actually certifies as 100% biodegradable, they are of a large enough size that I can use a single bag for my dogs per day, although sometimes the turdinator makes sure I have to use two, and I've never had on tear in my hand while rooting around in the weeds and bushes to get all the presents that my Schnauzer, who loves to poop in the most inaccessible of places, leaves the world. 100% satisfied with my purchase. When my 16 boxes inevitably run out, I'll be purchasing more.

Durable, eco-friendly bag from an awesome mom-and-pop store!

Short version: this is the only bag we intend to use with our new puppy for the foreseeable future. We are new dog owners and wanted a bag that was 100% eco friendly--not some bag that would disintegrate into microplastics which some 'degradable' bags do. After some research we found this and my environmental engineering friend gave us the thumbs up! The box and spool that the bags come on are also made from recyclable paper materials too. The company also donates some of their profit to local shelters. In 3 weeks of use with a puppy who eliminates ~4-6x per day we have not had one defect or tear in any bag. We have the standard size. Pros: -100% bio-degradable: NO MICROPLASTICS!! -Standard size is bigger than the plastic baggies we had before--great for people with larger hands -Friendly 'mom and pop' company based in USA -Fast delivery from either Amazon or directly from their website -Fits inside our standard dispenser -Despite thicker bags, they tear off easily, the perforations are good -Opaque (not sure if this is a 'pro' but it's appreciated anyway!) Cons -Costs ~$0.02-0.04 more per bag than a standard plastic bag -Bags are thicker than plastic bags, *might* have trouble in a dispenser? For us this wasn't an issue. (The company's larger baggies might have trouble in a dispenser?)

Quality bags, but not quite what I needed

Giving these bags 5 stars, as there's nothing at all wrong with the bags. They are very thick, sturdy, tear off easily, and are a very high quality product. However they aren't quite what I actually needed. I don't have dogs. I have cats. My intention was to use these bags to clean their litter boxes daily. They work for the most part, however they're on the smaller side, so filling them is a bit of a hassle. Holding the bag open with one hand while maneuvering the scoop-full-o'-poop into it with the other hand is a bit tricky, and often results in some of it on the floor. I typically use plastic shopping bags which fit into a small trash can for easy filling and then tying. These bags are too small to be stretched around a small trash can. Also, I have two cats, and two litter boxes. One cleaning of the litter boxes typically results in a bag so full that I have trouble tying it off when finished. Just not quite big enough for my little furry poo-factories apparently. The bags also seem to allow moisture to permeate through the material. I typically fill 3 or 4 bags of kitty litter, leaving them in a closed trash can before taking them all outside every couple days. Well after leaving a couple of these bags sit in a trash can for 1-2 days, I noticed the bags themselves were "wet" when I picked them up. Not good, considering I know what's in the bags making them wet. So again, the bags are great! And they probably meet the needs of dog owners perfectly for cleaning up after them on walks. However, if you're a cat owner, these bags may not meet your needs perfectly. I've got 60 of them now and I'll use them all, but when it comes time to reorder, I'll be looking for a bigger bag that better meets my needs.

I love these bags!

I’ve walked dogs in a Chicago & I’ve been able to sample a wide variety of dog waste bags. They run the gambit from being super strong but made of plastic or being super earth friendly but being crap bags (thin, poorly constructed). These bags really do have it all. They’re quality material, I’ve gone though 6 rolls now & haven’t had a single one rip. The perforations between bags are easy to spot & tear, yet strong enough the support the roll if I drop it. The size is great! These bags handle the punishment from even my largest of dogs. On top of all that, they’re actually decent for the planet. I constantly see garbage cans full of these bags & I take some pride in knowing that the ones I’m add won’t be at the bottom of that garbage pile with the rest of them for long.

Great Bags - Better for environment

I love these bags. They are super soft and wider than than my previous bags. I have a small dog but think these would be ideal if you had a big dog since the opening is wider. They work great. I read reviews that said they tear but I haven't experienced that. M y old bags would tear at times, so sometimes I just cut them using scissors and just grab a bag from the stack as I leave the house. These work fine and I will purchase them again because I won't feel guilty putting these in the landfill.

They are truly biodegradable.

I wish they had a container to place bags in. It would be good advertisement! I have an earth rated one and it does fit. After reading a lot of articles on Biodegradable poop bags, I found that a company can list their bags as biodegradable even if it takes 100 years! Which is what most bags are. That is insane. I found that these bags are vegatable based and take 3 months to degrade. It is worth the extra cost to save our environment. There needs to be regulations on the term biodegradable.
