I had been using a cheap Target computer chair for a few months, since my old good-quality chair had finally given out after years of service and I didn't have the money to replace it with another good-quality model. I work at my computer for 8+ hours a day, so sitting in that chair without back support was causing me a lot of pain. I browsed around on Amazon for a few days, comparing different chairs. Overall, this one had the best reviews, so I took the plunge and ordered it. Two days later, this beauty was sitting on my front porch waiting to be assembled. Assembly: Super easy. There were MAYBE 5 steps to put it all together. All of the pieces were in the box and none of the pieces, including the actual chair part, were damaged or malformed in any way. Aesthetics: This is a nice-looking chair. The materials seem to be high-quality; no funky leather-ish smell at all either. It goes really well with my black computer monitor, black speakers, black desk, black computer, etc. Functional quality: This chair swivels and glides smoothly across the floor. The raise/lower lever doesn't stick, and the chair doesn't lower over time under my weight. I'm 5'8 and 260 lbs for reference, so it seems to be a pretty sturdy chair. It's not a tight fit when I sit down either; the seat itself is decently wide and deep. The back of the chair is sturdy yet forgiving- it's not like sitting against a brick wall, but it provides nice back support. The top of the back comes up to my ears (again, I'm 5'8 for reference). Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend this office chair to anyone who needs a comfortable, ergonomically supportive chair.

I just put this together… So I will update after I've sat in it for a while. So far this chair is fantastic, especially for the price! It looked better than I expected… Leather, clean lines, cushy. The instructions are completely pictoral. Very easy to put together, took about 10 minutes. I work from home and sit for 10 hours per day. Already I can tell that the seat is comfortable on my tush and it has a nice lower lumbar support/bump. I've chosen not to put on the armrests because I sometimes like to sit cross legged in the chair. Nice to have this option!

I bought this to replace an old desk chair that I've had for years, and my back feels SO much better! This is the first computer chair I've had that feels actually comfortable, including all the chairs I've used at the office. I've never had good posture sitting at a computer, and I always catch myself slouching or leaning too far forward, but with this chair it's effortless. I'm surprised by how great this chair is for such a reasonable price! With that being said, because it's in a lower price tier, it doesn't have all the bells and whistles you might expect. You can't adjust the seat depth, the armrests, the back height, etc....really you only get to raise/lower the seat and switch between rocking (it doesn't rock very far) and non-rocking. It would be nice to be able to adjust the height of the back a little bit, but I'm okay with not having that option. The material is faux-leather and it has a bit of a chemical smell right out of the box, but it fades quickly. It looks great and appears to be put together pretty well--not perfect, but well enough that you won't notice if you aren't paying attention. Assembly was very simple, with easy-to-read instructions and no additional tools required. It would be a little easier to assemble with two people, but I managed just fine on my own.

when installing the chair I notice there was a tear and scratch on the back area of the chair. also the stitching on the inside area where your back goes when sitting was off. I contacted seller and notified them of the issues. I was sent another chair to replaced the defected one and the new one works great. For the price the quality and build is great. I previously had an executive leather chair and cost more than twice as much as this one. so for chair holds up. the seat is a bit hard and not as plush. However when reviewing this I have to take into account the price point and how this compares to other similar priced chairs and more expensive ones. I weigh about 215 lbs and I usually just drop on the seat without care and the chair is still holding up.

If you were to evaluate this chair based on price to pounds you would get your money's worth. The chair is extremely heavy and clunky, moves poorly and is generally uncomfortable to sit in. To make the chair functional I had to remove the arms (which are ridiculous heavy). Easy to assemble but disappointing once you put in the effort. UPDATE REVIEW - 12/31/18: Today I received an email from the company after they read my review- they reached out to me and wanted to make things right by offering to replace the chair. You have to recognize this commitment on their part to provide the best customer experience possible. I took them up on their offer and will be receiving a new chair soon. Because of this action on the part of customer service, I am updating my review. As soon as I get the new chair I will revise my star rating/review accordingly. UPDATED: 01/06/19 Have assembled the newly received chair and I am quite pleased with this new chair + the level of customer service!

Received the chair quickly and adequately packed. Comes with all required tools (Allen wrench). Instructions are simple and clear. The chair was a bit challenging to line up just right (the back and the bottom). Sits well and rolls easy. I find it to be FIRM with slightly greater than average lumbar support. I love the mesh in the lower back so let the chair breath. If it lasts, this will be one of the best office chairs we've purchased. UPDATE: Customer Service reached out to me (based on a previous 4 star rating) and assisted with the alignment difficulties. Based on stellar support from the manufacturer, I'm raising this to a 5 star review.

I didn't expect much but wow this is pretty good for the cheap cost. The frame material used on the chair is very solid. The cushion is comfy and the side arm cushion is an extra delight! Very simple to assemble, there are 12 hex screws and a pretty decent hex tool included. I got my package very quick, I ordered on a Thursday (I think) and it was suppose to arrive on Monday but it arrived Saturday instead. Pretty quick for is not being an Amazon shipment, so about 3 days by FedEx.

Wow, I really like this chair. My chair came today and so far I love it. It came 3 days earlier than anticipated in the mail. Putting it together wasnt too hard, it came with a manual that shows you whats to do. I was worried my chair would have tears or rips in it because ive read reviews of that happening but its in perfect condition. It is slightly squeaky if you rock it back and forth but its totally fine and not something youll have to worry about. The chair and armrests feel amazing and it reclines beautifully, the footrest is also wonderful anis easily accessible. I was having trouble finding something quality within this price range so I was hoping that this chair lives up to its reviews, and it sure does. I would definitely recommend this one.

I actually ended up with the green version which is slight more money. But it is on the same page as this one I rarely get this glowy about a product but I truly do love this chair I will do the summary first and you can read the extended review if you want. 1) Very easy to assemble, but the last step, the chair back is the most difficult because of precision tolerances and tightly threaded machine grade bolts See the notes in the review. 2) SUPER comfortable, even for my 280 pound roundish body. 3) Very fast and responsive customer service, best I have encountered on Amazon 4) Replaced a chair costing twice as much and this chair is twice as good 5) Is this thing really only 85 bucks????"? You gotta get this chair. I replaced a mesh chair from Staples that was less than 6 months old. So uncomfortable. This chair feels like going home! back offers good support. The height is adjustable but it is plenty tall for me in the lowest setting Assembly was easy and the pictogram was easy to understand. 10 screws total, 2 of one type for the bottom, and 8 of another for the armrests and seat back. They include the allen wrench I hit a gotcha on the seat back. The tolerances are tight and I ended up loosening the arm rests so I could align the screws for the bottom of the back. I ended up using a smaller allen wrench as pilot tool in order to get the armrrest hole lined up with the threads in the seat back. Were it not for this issue, assembly would have taken less than 15 minutes for even the most mechanically challenged I did not see any quality control issues This chair is awesome and the seller responsive. I have a 150 dollar mesh chair less than 6 months old I replaced with this chair and there is no comparison in looks, fit, comfort. I am glad I got this chair
