well crafted and very practical mini tripod
This tripod is very well crafted considering the price that it's charging. I have personally compared this one with other tripods https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0787S6ZT3/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s04?ie=UTF8&psc=1 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00M78G2VO/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I find this tripod to be very sturdy and very useful. You can also mount your phone in both vertical and horizontal way and it's very easy to do. Considering the price that it's charging this tripod really out to be in the #1 most popular mini tripod by now. I love mine and I would probably purchase one or two more so I can use them for my other device such as mini lighting...etc..

Great value for a decent mini tripod - minor limitation.
Serves it's purpose as a mini tripod for light weight use. For a GoPro, Action Cam, a cellphone, or maybe a small mirrorless camera you'll be okay. Not too sure about a DSLR or mirrorless equivalent on the heavy side - for that, if I need a mini tripod, I use (and definitely recommend) the Pedco UltraPod II. However, I did recently use the Fugetek on a video shoot recently to hold my YN360 LED light wand and it held up nicely. As you can see from my pics, it's close to the size of the UltraPod, and held up my light wand with a huge heavy battery on it. I didn't give this product 5 stars because when I used the Fugetek on the ground with my GoPro mounted on it, I wasn't able to articulate the ball joint in the Fugetek to point high. It was substantially limited in being able to point a mounted camera at an upward angle -- I had to find things to prop 2 legs elevated to achieve a satisfactory upward shot. Regardless, this is half the price of the UltraPod II and cheaper than the Manfrotto mini tripod, so it serves it's purpose with value. As long as it doesn't break, I'm happy with it and would possibly buy a second one to hold my other YN360 up on quick & dirty mobile shoots on location without lugging heavy gear. **UPDATE** Actually, the ball joint does pivot enough to get a decent vertical inclined angle. You have to move the top mount to a certain position to allow the full movement. Depending on which direction the base is facing and you're trying to move the top mount back, the ball joint will either stop from fully allowing the articulation or go back further. You have to twist the base to find the hidden sweet spot that doesn't block it. I increased my review to 5 stars for the value.

Low profile tripod mount that is sturdy and steady.
Low profile tripod mount that is sturdy and steady. Completely closed it is 7 inches long, opened it stands 5 1/2 inches tall and has a 8 inch span from leg to leg. So think of an 8 inch circle. The mount is a solid built tripod and has a quick release lever to make adjustment for uneven surfaces fast and painless. No issues with the old or new Gear 360 as it is snug right down to the mount and doesn't twist. I tested it with a 40 inch monopole on carpet and it held both my Note 8, iPhone 8 plus and GoPro 4 without issue. I also put a Nikon D7200 DSLR camera with a Nikon - AF-P DX NIKKOR 70-300mm lens on the tripod and it held the weight. I would not use it with a monopole at that height outdoors in a heavy wind, or with my Nikon on the monopole, but it held up no problem with winds at 5-10 mph with the GoPro and Cell Phones.. It comes with a cell phone mount only.

Great for Travel - Mobile & DLSR
This is an awesome little mount. I have a phone clip and use it when I am out hiking to take pictures at some of my final destinations or viewpoints. It easily fits into my backpack and with the ball joint on top it is easy to maneuver the camera mount on top to get the right angle. I love that I can adjust it if I put the camera on a slope. I have also used this with my DLSR and it was able to handle the weight easily, even with a longer lens on the camera. If you are looking for something small, flexible, and reliable, this is a great bang for the buck.

Great little tripod.
What you see is what you get -- a small tripod. We bought two, since we had two large phone holders but no tripods. Yes, you can take pictures very well, but we mainly use it to hold our phones and tablets (hence the larger holders) when we read or play videos and no longer have to prop the phones up. The phones/tablets are then higher up too, so we get less glare off of ceiling lights as we read. Small and light, so easy to take along. Overall delighted with the purchase.

You won't be disappointed.
With a price so low I had no expectation of this degree of quality. I've had a couple mini tripods and this new one will travel with me. I am a "not-for-hire" above average (IMHO) photographer with several photos published and contest winners. The only negative with this mini is th size and weight, but the function and quality make up for that. A stable platform.

A great addition to the "Fugetek FT-568 Professional Alloy Selfie Stick"
Purchased this along side the "Fugetek FT-568 Professional Alloy Selfie Stick"... And this tripod is extremely helpful when you don't want to use a "Selfie Stick". On my phone, I am able to use the time to take a picture or use my voice; so, this comes in use when you want to get a "Portrait" type of photo. This product is also great for capturing videos of oneself when a selfie Stick just won't cut it. An just like the "Fugetek FT-568 Professional High End Alloy Selfie Stick"... this also feels well made.

Awesome ball joint
I'm loving this mini tripod. Construction-wise, it's pretty simple. It just folds out. The legs are solid and tipped with rubber grips. There are no height adjustments from the legs. Then how do you level this mini tripod on uneven ground? You can't but you can level the camera/smartphone using the awesome ball joint. With a touch of the release button, the ball join swivels in any direction! This is so much easier than trying to adjust individual legs. I haven't had any problems with the release mechanism or ball joint. But I am using a small Canon p&s or my smartphone which are light. I'm not sure I would trust it to hold my full dSLR kit. Still, for this price, the Fugetek Premium Mini Tripod is a steal.

Similar to Manfrotto but tilts all the way perpendicular!
I originally bought the very nice Manfrotto tripod but was disappointed that the design did not allow for tilting the camera perpendicular (90 degree angle). This model is almost as solid and high quality as the Manfrotto but has a bend in the shaft that allows tilting to full perpendicular. The securing mechanism is not as slick as the Manfrotto but close. I put on a full size Canon 6D with a 24-105 lens and it is solid. Light enough to carry in camera bag without adding heady but a lifesaver the rare time I need it.

An Awesome Little Tripod
This was a pleasant surprise. I didn't expect much for the price. I just needed something that would last for a two week vacation to Europe. This little thing looks to be really well built and strong. It isn't designed for heavy DSLRs, but is perfect for point and shoot, action cams and the purpose I got it for – a quick, compact base to place my DJI Osmo Mobile 2 on for video with my iPhone 8+. It is also really light weight, which was what I was looking for because I'll be carrying it everyday, all day. Oh, and the bonus is the phone mount that comes with it. I don't need it, but it is a great design and build, and worth the price of the tripod all on its own. I'll find a good use for it. I hope it last well past the trip because I really like the design and functionality.
