I didn't know what to think about this purchase. I was skeptical. I bought it to use to heat up before using my FasciaBlaster by Ashley Black. Wow. It was AMAZING! Let it heat up for 10 minutes before getting in. and wow it was BETTER than a real sauna at the gym. I'm not a fan of a hot face, so this was perfect. Plus I could be on my phone the entire time. I'm 5'3" and 205lbs. The chair felt sturdy and it was all SO easy to set up! And it folds up nice and compact too.

This portable sauna is FANTASTIC! I warm it up for 10 min before getting in. I usually have it at 140 to 150 degrees. The zipper is accessible on the inside and outside making it simple to get in and out of. The chair is just a small camp like chair. I like the pocket in the front to hold my phone while I put the dowel that runs from one side to the other to keep the sauna stable and then zip myself in. Then I simply unzip the hand slots and catch up on emails or play a game on my phone. The remote will beep to notify me when I have one minute left and then it has almost an alarm type of sound that lets you know your time is up. I usually stay in for about 15 min to warm up my skin before using my FasciaBlaster. I also like that I'm not drenched in sweat when I get out of this but my skin is definitely warm!

Fantastic for chronic pain

I'm loving my far infrared sauna. It gets really hot and gives me relief from fibromyalgia. Remember to push Start to begin heating! After I finish with the sauna I use the Fascia Blaster and it really helps. I also stretch since my body is so warmed up. This has helped my flexibility. I love how it folds down smaller and takes up even less space. The only complaints I have are: 1. it didn't come with any instructions. A web search for “portable far infrared sauna instructions PDF” brought up an instruction manual. 2. There is a bit of a plastic smell when you first use a couple of times, but it dissipates. 3. The chair included is too small for me. I am tall but rather thin and the chair digs into my thighs. Hopefully that won't be a problem for others, maybe it's my height that is the issue. Even with these minor complaints, I give five stars. It makes me feel so much better. Remember to rehydrate after use! :) Update: still going strong and making me drenched with sweat May 2019. So happy with my purchase.

I've only had this a few days so I can't speak on long term results or how the machine holds up yet. But so far I'm very impressed! This has provided relaxation and pain relief, helped me sleep, I love it! I have fibromyalgia and another inflammatory condition and most recently have overall soreness and tightness due to recent illness. This has helped immensely. Makes my skin glow, too. I am pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to set up and use. Easy to move from room to room. So simple. Very happy with this purchase. August 30, 2018 and the thing is still going strong. I'm in love with this sauna! It heats up very quickly and you really sweat! It's a great way to unwind after work, the heat helps to relax sore muscles

I love It!

What a great product. I use it almost everyday. I like to have my face in it also so I use a meditation cushion and sit on close to the ground..It heats up fast and I am sweating a lot in just a few minutes. I love it! You don't need instructions to set it up. Just unfold it and it is ready to go. It has a dowel to keep it just like the picture.

This is the first you feel I have ever written. I suffer from fibromyalgia for 20 years and I absolutely love the sauna for my pain. It heats up fast and I sweat like crazy in it. I also have other health issues in which this will benefit me. Two thumbs up

So much better than a water-based steam unit that I had a few years ago. Much easier cleanup and storage as well. Heats up quickly and gets nice and hot. Excellent product, exceeded my expectations.

I love this thing. It will make you sweat within a few minutes. It is the next best thing to a bigger sauna. I love it :)
