I have an old shower/bathtub. I tried name brand shower cleaners and bleach to try and clean the soap scum off the tiles and tub. I had no luck and I would cough and get sick because of how strong the smell was. I thought I would try this to save my lungs. I sprayed my entire shower and left it for about 15 min. Came back and rinsed off the walls and they were shiny! I've never had such a clean shower. The smell is amazing and subtle. All I smell is tea tree and it didn't affect me at all. The price is also a good deal since the bottle is pretty large. It came with the sprayer separate and the bottle sealed so it wouldn't leak in thebox. I highly recommend this.
Wow!!! I am amazed....I'm a mom who use to buy thieves cleaner from Youngliving the so proclaimed "GENEROUS" company well I got sick of paying so much for shipping etc!!! And tried this company out cuz I want something that is green animal cruelty free and safe for my 1 year old. This literally took out and washed away soooo much black and grey mildew off my tubs.... I am truly amazed I at first thought oh boy another green cleaner probably won't be good BUT ITS AMAZING thank u better life finally something I trust and works!!
Absolutely love and recommend this product. I was looking for a natural cleaning product and gave this a shot. The actual bottle is much bigger than I thought and will last a long time. I had built up soap scum and grime on the bottom of my tub/shower and sprayed this, I started scrubbing right away, I didn't leave it to sink in at all. It literally picked up the dirt immediately and I just turned the shower on to rinse it away. Will be using this product regularly. There is a fairly strong scent but it lucky it smells like essential oils rather than harsh chemical cleaners.

With this product, there is a smell of course but it's not an overpowering, want to make you gag kind of smell, which is awesome. This will probably be my new cleaning go to product for the bathroom from now on.

I used the stuff my mom would use...I think we just get used to the idea that it does the job, and they do for the most part, if you can handle breathing it in or having to really wash your hands a ton after scrubbing with them, or having to use a combination of a few things to get tough soap scum and mildew off. However, its 2020...time to try something new that is safe to use and not harmful to the environment. I was hesitant but thought why not...lets TRY THIS! All I can say is that I'm 100% shocked BEYOND BELIEF at how well this worked. It is a decent sized bottle for the price, and I do expect to pay a bit more because its natural ingredients but it also smells really nice and has a nice nozzle/spray action. The liquid is foamy when sprayed and sticks to the areas you spray with slow trickle, so you feel like it does soak in. I admit it has been about a year since I really scrubbed our shower/bath combo with tile walls - gross, I know, but I hate doing it...I just hate it and avoid it. It looked ok for the most part, but I knew it was needed. It mostly had mildew built up behind where you keep bottles and a TON of soap scum throughout that is just unsightly...honestly I realized it was really gross when I removed everything and just looked at an empty tub enclosure. Horrified, I sprayed generously (used about 1/5 of the bottle) on everything and let it soak in for maybe 30 minutes or so while I went to do something else. I came back and with complete EASE was able to just use a normal scrub brush on all the surfaces. No 2nd application, no additional products - it was all said and done in about 5 minutes and I rinsed it all off with high powered shower/hot water. It smelled amazing and now sparkles! I actually look forward to cleaning this tub/shower again - never thought I'd say that. I love it so much I am going to try other Better Life products now. I might just be done with all those brand-name chemical products FOREVER.
This did such a beautiful job on my bathroom that I took it over to my mom's house so we could try it on her tub/shower. Due to physical limitations, she can't get down on her knees to scrub her tub and the hard water stains were beginning to build up. That blue/green film that's always difficult to get off. I sprayed this cleaner on it and that build up immediately began to break down. When I finished the entire tub and shower walls, it looked like she had a brand new tub and shower surround installed. She asked me to order a bottle of it for her and that was before we tried it on her toilet. The toilet seemed like it had a permanent ring around the bowl with those same blue/green streaks. I generously sprayed them and again they began breaking down and so did the ring. She vigorously brushed the bowl and almost all of the stains had disappeared. As for the smell, that is what you get when you combine tea tree oil and eucalyptus. Those reviewers who had a strong dislike for the scent is merely personal opinion. I'm not fond of it either, but it doesn't longer once it is rinsed. I just ordered the toilet bowl cleaner gel on auto delivery in the hopes of it eliminating my mother's stains completely. I'm also now a customer for life!
Best cleaning product I’ve ever used. I don’t usually go for all natural cleaning materials because, honestly, a lot of them don’t do what they say they’re going to. This one, on the other hand, definitely does the job! I tried it out on my brothers college bathtub (none of the boys had cleaned it since move in a year before). I covered the entire tub, waited 5 minutes and then scrubbed with a magic sponge/rinsed. Most everything washed off immediately!!! I covered the more difficult areas once more and it was good as new! The pictures I have posted are after covering the tub with the product and after the first wipe down/rinse.
