After cursing at the packaging, I have to admit it was delicious

I didn't want to like this cheese. I almost threw it out because I couldn't get the plastic off for the longest time. After the struggle, I took a giant bite out of it a la george costanza. Begrudgingly I have to admit, it's now one of my favorite cheeses.

Good quality cheese for snacking. Great taste.

Best at room temperature like most cheeses. I love the mild flavor of this. Dietz & Watson cheeses are my favorite. I'm trying to work my way through all of the Whole Foods cheese.
