Beautiful but slippery. Expect at least to be unwound.

The brown thread arrived unraveled. The more I touched it the more it came unwound. All of the colors are bright but I did notice that the metallic thread does break through handling. Not sure how it will stand up to tatting.

Very, very pretty, nice color saturation.

These are very pretty and seem sturdier than other yarns with a sparkle. Seems the sparkle is stable enough to use. I eould buy 2 since a single ball may not last through a project. I haven't used they are a gift for someone.

If you like the look of metallic floss.....

For those of you readers who like to use metallic Embrodiery thread but hate the knots....this product is awesome. You get the effect of the metallic floss without the knots. It is not as easy to use as regular cotton floss as there is a fine ribbon silver foil-type of material running through it, but manageable. I bought it to use with my craft projects, one of which is on the attached picture. I crochet, knit, and embrodier with it.
