Very nice little device. It's movement is smooth, and the box fits precisely where the cheap original and broken device used to be. Easy to assemble and mount. Comes with a nice rubberized pad to better adhere to the surface of your mount point, but I discarded this in favor of doubled sided tape. Paired with the bolt on the other side, this should last for years.

Several years ago I bought a nice decorative mantle clock with a battery mechanism. It lasted ~ 8 years then finally wore out. I looked for replacement mechanisms at Michaels and AC Moore but no luck. I found this mechanism on Amazon sold by Lily Glory. The exact same product, same model number, same shaft color. The conversion was simple and it was an exact fit. I re-used the original hands for convenience. The item was shipped promptly and I received it in a timely manner.

This was a perfect replacement for the dead movement on a small clock I was given because it did not work. The hands I bought with it were too long for the small face of my clock but the original hands installed on this movement with no problems. A perfect solution. I bought this movement for it's silence. Quite a relief from the otherwise ticking noise in the midst of golden silence.

I worked in a clock retail store 2 years ago.I know the Youngtown clock movement is one of the best in the world. I fixed my clock with this item, I am sure it is original Youngtown #12888. Sweep & silent. And It is necessary to measure the size of your old one as the fourth picture shows.

This is the kind of company that I enjoy dealing with because---1) they appreciated my business even though it was a small dollar amount, 2) they appreciated that I left them a positive feedback and NO other company has ever done that, so they care, 3) the product I wanted can easily be confused with literally a dozen or two other models that will not work, so they carefully described the product so I could not make a mistake, 4) the price was very competitive, 5) delivery was on time, and 6) if I need to make a return I am confident that they would done it immediately. That is why I would recommend dealing with these folks.

... to replace the movement on a unique decorative clock my wife purchased a few years earlier. But BEWARE, there are MANY subtly different versions of this product, and many dimensions to be concerned with. In my case I measured the mounting shaft diameter and length, and the diameter of each of the three mounting bosses for the hands, using a precision digital caliper. All the dimension for this one were within a few hundredths of a millimeter of the one I had, so I ordered it, figuring that if it didn't fit I could adjust the hands, and even if I couldn't I'd only be out 9 bucks or so. And surprise, everything fit perfectly. I've got no way of knowing if this unit will still be running in five years, but for now, I'm quite happy.

My wife bought a mantle clock that she absolutely loves about 2yrs ago when suddenly the movement stopped. After some research I found TIKROUND on Amazon. The pictures provided are great in the fact that they give you the exact dimensions of the unit, including the spindle sizes. Just measure the broken one you have and compare it against the units for sale. We were even able to use the old hands with the new unit. Now her clock is back up and running flawlessly.

I needed the white plastic model of the clock motor. My clock has long hands. Also, my grand kids cant resist touching them. When they pull or push on the hand it splits the white plastic tube on the clock motor. If you have long clock hands that are exposed you will be buying more of these clock motors.

I installed this in an outside clock that survived Hurricane Irma. It fit well and the hands looked as though they’re original to the clock. It’s lost about 1 minute in 5 months. I have a neon ringed clock to get one for next.

We have a gift clock - a Warner Bros character clock that annoyingly announced each hour with a character's voice. We took the batteries out of that after a couple of hours. The clock's movement died and most of the replacements would not accommodate the original hands. I spotted this one on Amazon and the details in the ad provided what I needed to get the right movement. A perfect match; an easy repair; the old hands were reinstalled = a happy customer. Great job.
