These are the first vinyl wraps I've ever purchased as I wanted some edgy to add to the already sporty look of my 2017 Honda Civic Sports hatchback & boy did it work (photos below of the front, back, left & right sides of my car; left & right sides are where I cut out a design from the black glossy vinyl wraps to add on to my car) it's glossy look really does look like paint. You'd have to be close enough to touch it to realize it's Vinyl & not paint. 5 out of 5 stars I would recommend getting a friend to help you put it on if you do anything bigger then a foot in length.

First I'll say that this is my first vinyl wrap project. I wanted to black out the upper forks of my Harley Sportster and definitely did not want to have to completely remove the entire front end to paint. Figured Vinyl wrapping would not only be way easier but removable if I didn't like it. I shopped around and decided on this brand based on reviews and a bit of research. This Vvivid gloss black matches my bikes paint perfectly! And it was way easier to apply than I thought it would be. I simply left the bikes out in the sun for a few hours to warm up the metal and applied the vinyl with no heat gun. Grab my girlfriend's hair dryer and warmed it up a little bit after applying to remove any air bubbles. Easy and looks really good.

Looks nice covering the chrome around the fog light bezels on my 2018 Forester XT. It helps to plan your attack well if your surface has holes and/or curves. You need a hair dryer (what I used) or heat gun and a sprayer filled with water (I added a tiny bit of soap to it) and a nice microfiber towel to rub the wrap to the surface you're covering. The heat helps get the adhesive working, so you can't just wrap it around something and expect it to stick. You have to sort of heat it, stretch it, work it. It's actually pretty fun putting it on. Watch some videos online to get an idea of what you're in for if you've never messed with vinyl before.

I used this to create a custom decal for my brother's pop up camper. I used a Silhouette Cameo to cut the vinyl, and it worked well. I'll try to remember to update this when we see how it weathers over the course of the seasons, but it was an easy product to use, and the finished result looks great. The only (very minor) complaint I have is that the roll of vinyl was very tight, so when I unrolled it to prepare it for cutting, it wrinkled up. But, again, that's a minor complaint, and it didn't seem to have any impact on the end result.

I have a black 2008 Silverado crew cab. I have been customizing my truck since day one I bought it. I had been wanting to black out the chrome in the front end to give it that sharp look. I had been debating to get it painted but was told the paint would eventually chip off when taking long drives from the little pebble rocks hitting the grille. So I decide to wrap my whole front my self to save money and let me tell you, i am very pleased on how my grille came out. Still need to wrap the chrome bumper and it will be done. But so far it's looking good.

Used the gloss black 2 years ago on the wife's Chevy as an alternative to sanding/painting the bumper chrome - still looks great - easy to use. Just ordered more to refinish the peeling black on the window trim for my RSX - worked great.

Did the wrap on my 350z roof myself. Just Me & my gf. Didnt take any type of professionalism at all. Came out GREAT!

So I dropped my precious 1 y/o Vespa, I took it to the dealer and other shops for quotes and they all where so expensive, just when I was about to get it fixed, by devine intervention I came accros this product and decided to give it a try, what can I lose right?! Well...I LOVED THE RESULT!! You can hardly tell something is off in that area, only if you look at it or in the sun you can see it more but it looks so good that I’m not planning on spending all those hundreds of dollars on getting it professionally fixed. I highly recommend it for black glossy surfaces.

I bought this VViViD Vinyl to black out the factory chrome which was on my vehicle's window visor surround. This product is amazing and the description is completely true. I accidentally scratched the Vinyl while installing it and to my surprise, as I was heating up the vinyl, the scratches instantly disappeared and it looked gloss black again. I'm a novice at installing vinyl and if I could do it easily, I'm sure everyone else can as well. I highly recommend this product.

Looks like I painted my car black for $290 whole job. Required less work than paint and the only special tool was a heat gun. Unlike paint, I could correct mistakes as I went and surface prep was much more forgiving than paint. It fills and covers small scratches or cracks. It was a bit of a trick getting started, but I got the hang of it quickly and I do not claim any special talents. Watch some YouTube tutorials and go for it! It's cool stuff!
