ALL THE PHONE ANYONE NEEDS
This is a terrific phone. The performance is excellent; it is reliable and easy to use. The features are all anyone needs unless perhaps you plan to do a lot of gaming on your phone. The screen size is just big enough. The keyboard buttons are big enough, and at the price, one doesn't have to be worried about losing or dropping it. LG customer service also turned out to be quite good for me as well. I would absolutely recommend this phone.

Love the way it comes packaged
I really appreciated the back not being attached to the front when I opened the package. The battery comes with it and I just need to supply the memory card. And with the back not attached it is easy to see where it goes. The instructions are great and I like the plans that are offered. Have had good results with LG products in the past and hope that this phone will continue to keep me happy. So happy it was scanned before being sent.

A Very Affordable and Well Working Phone for Use With Your TracFone Service
I'm not a big mobile phone user and spend less than $100 a year (yes - a year) for my phone's voice and data service and found this LG Rebel phone fully meets my requirements. Good screen size, always a quick and easy 4G LTE connection, even in areas where my wife iPhone has lousy connection, and excellent sound during voice conversations. What more could you ask for? Oh, yea - a cheap price and for what you get, this phone is an excellent buy. This is actually my second LG Rebel having the first one run over by a car, so no it won't hold up to that kind of abuse, but as long as you don't drop it in a roadway, you should get years of service from it. At the price, a new LG Rebel was the only cost effective replacement for my mangled LG Rebel. BTW, after being run over, the phone actually still worked, just had a smashed screen (that still worked) and a smashed case.

Great Cell Phone
Brand new in sealed box. Mic for voice to text is not visible, must hold icon next to space bar and mic will pop up. Screen is VERY fragile. DON'T use until you have a protective cover! Takes great pictures. You can adjust photo size in settings.Would definitely recommend.

Great easy to use phone for an older adult
I have an LG G5 which heavily influenced my decision to buy the Rebel for my Dad as a Christmas present. He said he really likes it and finds it much easier to use than the flip phone he had. Standard smart phone features, good sized screen without being too bulky, easy to use, long lasting battery and good build quality.

Excellent Starter Phone
Purchased this as a first phone for our child. Perfect with plenty of features and inexpensive enough to not throw a fit if it gets lost or broken (it's a first phone for a child after all). Can even be used in a fix. Once responsible conduct is demonstrated we'll move on to a better phone but this is more than adequate for a few years.

This has worked great. Holds a charge well and is pretty hardy
We bought this so my 6 year old could play Pokemon Go with Mom and Dad. All we needed was a reasonably priced device that could connect to a mobile hotspot. This has worked great. Holds a charge well and is pretty hardy, 6 year old has dropped it like 234782947 times already and all we have to do is pop the battery back in and turn it on. If it can survive the boy it deserves 5 stars as far as I'm concerned.

A Very Good Phone If You Understand Your Expectations
The pros & cons of the Tracfone LG Rebel 4G LTE: Pros: Fairly modern technology (4G) and you can probably get more years from the technology than the phone itself will last. The specifications should tell you most of what you need to know, meaning don't be surprised if it is 'not' what you thought it should be. It's well made, LG has a good reputation for quality. The phone uses Tracfone's "Smartphone" plan which is different that the "Basic" plan. There are side-by-side comparisons online (no 2X or 3X minutes). Cons: I believe these phones are no longer being made (as of 2016?), so when I noticed that the manufacture date was 2016 on both the phone & battery, I figure it's just a matter of time before the battery won't hold a charge. Having said that, there are quite a few methods in the phone for reducing battery consumption. One is an 'auto feature' that makes the phone keep turning on the Wifi and searching for networks, all by itself. This is intended to save your cell data but it's a big battery drain. If you're someone who intends on doing a lot of internet browsing and texting, you should really look elsewhere for a phone and plan that better suits your needs. If you need a phone mostly just to be on the grid, this one works pretty good. The one caveat is that if you need a battery later on, few people have good experiences with aftermarket lithium batteries. They rarely hold up like the OEM batteries. But the onboard battery graph (in the battery menu) showed a HUGE drop in battery usage once I found the auto Wifi feature (this in not just the regular Wifi on/off button - but and automatic feature that turns the Wifi back on). If you know how to match your expectations with a product's stated use, this can be a good phone. Not sure about the aging aspect but even to get a year or two out of it, for the money, it's a good deal.

love this phone!
This is my first smart phone. I have not had the same problems as others who have given bad reviews. The camera is much better than the one on my old tracfone.....but not as good as the cameras on my friends Iphones. I agree that the on/off button is in a bad place....too easy to turn off when you are talking. These are the only complaints I have. Others complain about the battery life...I was unexpectedly admitted to the hospital with only 80% battery...did not have charger with me....used phone almost constantly for 3 days to stay in touch with family....when discharged, still had 30% battery life! Mine charges VERY quickly. I am very pleased with this phone! I would recommend highly!
