Don't Take My New Ice Pack!!! Love this thing!

I need another one! I like how malleable it is. When I take it out of the freezer, I can situate it however I like. It's not like a brick of ice that you have to wait for to mould it. I can roll it up and stuff it in my neck and lie on it. I can wrap it around my head all the way for a migraine and I like how the curved part can go down my forehead. That was a little intense and I could only do it for a little while. I like the material of it. It's not soggy like some get. I like how far down my back I can drape it. I move it every which way. I do wish it stayed cool longer. It will for a good 20-30 minutes. So I need another one when I get back spasms that won't go away. It's not so icy cold that it causes initial pain like some other ice packs do. But it's cold enough to decrease the inflammation. I can wear it right on my skin and it feels good. I like how far out on my shoulders it reaches. I am petite, but it does go across my upper back and drape to the front of my shoulders where I get really sore. I will buy another one because they sent me a good coupon to be a repeat customer.

I suffer from migraines and this is a great product. Works nicely, stays cold long, fits my neck and shoulders perfectly without having to hold it in place - much better than smashing a square ice pack around my neck and shoulder. Also, they have great customer service!

Super Cool Ice Pack!

I just ordered this flexible ice pack and its amazing! Love how you can mold it for whatever part of you that needs a little tender loving care. Stays cold for at least 30 minutes. All it lacks is a wrap to put it in (but I solved this problem by using a pillow case). It's fantastic because of it's flexibility, and exactly what I was looking for! Totally recommended!

A Must Get Item, especially if you have Fibromyalgia!

The best thing I've bought myself in a long time. I've used it every night since it arrived! I must admit though, after the 3rd or 4th night, my muscle spasms were gone! The cool gel just feels so relaxing and soothing! I haven't evem used my electric pads I ordered! Still in the box! Can't remember sleeping this good! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, & THANK YOU again!

Great ice pack! I unfortunately deal with migraines especially around "that time of the month," and even after taking meds it does little to dull the pain. To get some relief I use my cold packs but the ones that I have were not that big and pretty much only covered my forehead. This would not be a big deal IF my migraines were only in my forehead, as anyone with migraines knows, they can go all over the place, even down my neck :( After my last migraine where it was all over the front of my head and in the back of my neck I decided it was time I got one that would cover a larger area so, I took to Amazon and came across this one. It has been a life saver! Not only can I cover a larger area but it can pretty much wrap around my head for those times that the headache/pain is everywhere. The other major plus about this is that it gets nice and cold but the pack itself doesn't get super hard to where you can't mold it the the areas like some of my other ice packs. It stays completely flexible to fit anywhere and keep it close to the area without loosing its form or coldness(?). (Is that a word? Meh) The seller, Vive Health has been great on communication and the item arrived fast and as expected, I couldn't be happier with this transaction or product!

My husband and I hit a deer a couple of months ago that left me with a whip lash and is still-painful today. Any who has had whip lash knows that it affects more than the neck. The design of the product not only wraps around the neck at the base of the skull with long 'arms' it that lay on the shoulder blades also gives cold therapy to the side of the neck not only that the middle portion has a rounded longer piece that helps with the last cervical area into the 1st potion of the thoracic spine. I would definitely will buy again. I do recommend it.

This is just the right size not to heavy

My wife is using on her shoulder she told me that jell evens out very quickly and she can lay down it lasts her a long time and she gets some relief quickly and most times it lasts for hours. The he’ll get very cold but never to the point that you can not move it and the refreez time is not very long . As always I hope this help others and please pay it forward by writing reviews of things you buy because with out all of us telling each other’s about the quality. We have no way of knowing how good a product is . I thank Amazon for allowing us to tell the truth about the product we buy and making sure that if we are not pleased with them to make things right

No fabric, perfect! I hate when my aches-and-pains ice packs (esp around my neck) smell like my stale freezer. The vinyl exterior doesn't absorb smells, love that. You will need a towel between you and the ice pack-- or else it will be too cold (freezer burn your skin). Also it does drip (without having a fabric covering) and a towel will take care of that (small, few drips...not like a leaking faucet). It freezes quickly but you will need to lay it out for a few minutes before using for it to become flexible. And flexibility is the BEST part about this product...it softly wraps around your neck and shoulders perfectly unlike most ice packs. You can walk around with it on because you don't have to hold it or balance it against your chair/bed. I am thrilled that I purchased this ice pack for the pinched nerve in my neck and strained shoulder muscles.

BEST ICE PACK EVER!!! Seriously, I NEVER Write reviews...I'm icing my neck now. This pack is soft, does not leak, lasts a long time. Stays super cold beyond the 20 minute limit recommended by my doc. But if I step away for a while or get distracted...I can return and not worry about having to refreeze it. I'm thinking of buying 4 for my nephew who will undergo double knee and ankle surgery this summer. Never seen a better ice pack.

Best ice wrap ever!!!!

I have had 1 neck surgery and facing 2 more in the near future. Have always had neck and shoulder pain I have tried at least 10 or more different types of ice wraps this is by far the absolute best! It is light in weight and very bendable and stays cold a long time. It molds to your neck so I am able to get up and move around without it falling off. Your not stuck in one position like all the other ones I've tried that would fall off as soon as I stood up. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that needs a good ice wrap!!!
