This thing is great. It runs through sand fast . But it cuts through sand and paint like butter.

Powerful unit!

As you can see from the photos we are restoring a farm all tractor and this sand blaster is such a big help!!! It would have been nice to have a bigger hopper but that is truly the only thing we would change! It never clogged and did a good job removing the 50+year old baked on paint.

Does a good job for its intended use

Does a good job for its intended use. However it can be a bit finicky if the media is not 100% dry. I used aluminum oxide to sand blast some rust from an old pipe. The sand felt dry to the touch but seemed to clump up in the gun. I let the media sit in the sun for a bit. I then reloaded the media in the gun and it worked flawlessly. I was surprised how little air the gun required. Nice for small jobs.

Great tool!!!

This could be one of the best tools I own. I bought the Speed Blaster to replace a large sand blasting unit that my 60gallon, 125 PSI, 5 HP compressor did not have enough air capacity to operate. This SandBlaster, using Black Beauty grit, did a great job of removing rust without exceeding the limits of my air compressor. Highly recommend for small projects.

It's like an instant paint and rust remover, just point and squeeze the trigger. I use it with a compressor rated with a lower cfm rating than this media blaster lists as a requirement and it still performs well. My compressor typically has to kick on when the hopper runs out of blasting material. Highly recommend for small projects.

Wear long sleeves and eye protection. Stuff flies everywhere.

Worked flawlessy!

I almost immediately used this the moment it arrived. I've been meaning to refinish an old wooden table but I was too lazy because my brother's sandblaster is so heavy and inconvenient to use. Saw this on Amazon and decided to give it a try. Worked flawlessly. At this price, I got portability, convenience and flexibility all at once. Thank you so much!

Nice tool

The sand blaster came with 3 replicable tips and has worked very well. I got 24 grit walnut shell to remove paint from my bike frame and the blaster works perfectly. The vacuum it pulls is strong so media flows fast. I hook it up to my 25 gallon air compressor with an air flow control valve by the time the hopper is empty, the compressor kicks on. Very pleased!
