Compact and great!

It’s a neat little laminator. We’ve used it for making bookmarks, important receipts and membership cards that aren’t very durable. I loved that it came with a variety of laminating pocket sizes, the ID size in particular came in very handy. It heats up quickly and does a great job.

Amazing priced perfect laminating machine!

This laminator works perfectly. It arrived very quickly and I immediately opened it up and started using it. It comes with some laminating sheets of various sizes, which was a nice surprise. Most laminating machines do not come with laminating sheets. It heats up quickly and has two heat settings for 3mil and 5mil. To put something through takes a little longer than I expected, but truly I am never in a "hurry" when I'm laminating something. Also, the outside of the machine does not get that hot when in use and heating up. Which is great because if you accidentally bump the machine or touch it, it's not going to burn you. It can also laminate larger items than just 8.5x11 inch paper-sized items. It also has a release button in case you need it. The value is also another aspect that was pleasing. Compared to other machines the price was so reasonable and affordable.

Great product

Fantastic. Heats up in about 6 minutes, pages go through quickly, results are excellent. Simple to use, solid construction & stable. Looks great & compact too. Feels like a qualty product. Laminator also included an Amazon Basics sample pack of 3 mil laminating packets, 5 packets each for paper sizes 11x17, 8.5x11, 4x6, & business card size. Wasn't expecting that so a nice bonus. Also I heard that the lamination process can produce a strong melted plastic smell. However the smell seemed relatively minimal. I still opened a window, but I expected the smell to be quite a bit worse than it was. Not sure if that's due to the quality of laminator or the quality of the Amazon Basics sample packets (or both). Also not sure how that would compare to other laminators, but it certainly doesn't seem to be an issue with this one.

Works great and doesn’t take up much space

I tried the scotch tl906 but it curled the edges and didn’t release finished pieces so I had to manually pull them through the rest of the way, after laminating 20 pieces I stopped fighting it and returned it to get this one. 3 pieces in I’m very pleased with the results, no curling or air bubbles in the pieces I laminated, I’m hopeful that this lasts a long time, but if it does die than I’d have no problem buying the same model again. I’m more of a hobbyist and bought this primarily to laminate autographs I get at planet Comicon each year. This machine is so fun to use that I’m going to have to find other things to laminate. I fully endorse this product, great price and great results. I do however wish that it had a loading tray, but I enjoy how it doesn’t take up much space. It did take about 6 minutes to warm up, but that’s a small cost for great results.

Works continuously

This laminator is much better than the Scotch laminator that i first bought. This one does not shut down from overheating. I have used it to laminate several hundred sheets continuously without failure.

Very good value.

I used this right out if the box. It comes with several different sizes of laminate. It's takes awhile to preheat but once it does it runs pretty quick. I'm using 5 mil mostly and it does a good job.

Works Great, Great Price!

I'm a teacher and have access to a laminator at work, but wanted something at home for family items. This is awesome, and works really well- can't believe the price! The laminating film is much sturdier than what I'm used to at work, so I feel like things will last for a long time. Great purchase!

A Great Machine for the Home Crafter

This laminator has exceeded my expectations!!! It came in a huge box, making me think it was going to be so long that I wouldn't know where to store it. But it was just very well protected on-route. The machine is about 16 inches long. I've already laminated many of the 3 X 5" cards that I've colored by using amazon's basic 4 x 6"laminator pouches. Everything has turned out wonderfully. The machine takes about 4-6 minutes to heat up. I do the laminating on my ironing board since it has a non-burn surface in the ironing board cover. The machine doesn't laminate quickly; the pouches move quite slowly through the machine. But since I'm just laminating small amounts of things, that is no problem. Along with the laminator, many different sizes of pouches were included, from business card size on up to very large sizes. After laminating, the items come out pretty warm, but not really hot. I've laminated pictures, printer paper with typing, colored materials, and even leaves and dried flowers with stems. I'm very pleased with the results! This is a great machine for the money, especially for in-home craft use.
