I enjoy doing puzzles. I received the Royals helmet for Christmas...it was extremely challenging...the directions were hard to read. But, after putting that one together, I was wanting to do another one...I love a challenge. So, I ordered this Chief’s helmet. It was not as much of a challenge as the Royals but, I really enjoyed doing this. The pieces are really tiny, the instructions are nice and clear, and it makes a beautiful souvenir. If you enjoy puzzles and enjoy making your own souvenirs, I would recommend getting this.

Very cool once it’s done. The face mask is probably the most frustrating part of the helmet. It’s very flimsy and can sometimes come apart while assembling other parts. Be very patient with this build. Definitely worth it in the end!

This is the second one I have done... they are totally addicting! Once finished they have turned into really cool desk displays. For those people who complained about directions and pieces... I don't what the alternative would be. You have to slow down and pay attention. If you get off by ONE you are in trouble. But yes, the facemask is very flimsy and easily falls apart while building. I'm not a big puzzle fan so these have been fun projects. If you decide to get one of these my recommendation is to start by sorting out all of the pieces and then either separate them out in container OR go through and sort out the pieces you will need for each step and label them in baggies. I know that seems crazy, but trust me it's worth it. remember take you time!

Purchased as a gift for someone - mostly to challenge them since most reviews say it was so difficult to put together. One day later they sent the picture of it completed. Not to say it wasn't a challenge but it is possible - for a 39 year old with an engineering degree!

This is the second helmet that I have bought as a gift. They are great for older teens or adults. The bricks are very small, not the same size as legos. The whole helmet is about the size of a baseball (maybe a little larger) when completed. They look great. My brother uses them as decorations on his fireplace mantle. I think the price is great for a "lego"-type kit, especially one with well known sports logos and as many pieces as this one has. Its lots of fun. I have gotten a NFL team helmet and a collegiate team helmet.

Very difficult to put together, even for an adult. Pieces are much smaller than legos & come apart much more easily in the building process. It was definitely very challenging & at times, frustrating for our teenager who has large hands. Would not recommend for anyone under a teenager. With that being said though, it is so neat after being put together, but very delicate! We purchased a protective case to keep it in, so it does not accidentally get broken apart.

I purchased the Raiders helmet and had a blast putting it together. The pieces were sealed in a couple of bags so I wasn't worried about missing pieces. It comes with a cardboard tray to help sort through the pieces and a handy tool in case you need to remove a brick from the project. It also comes with spare pieces. Cons: the bricks are very small. Sometimes it was difficult to properly place the tiny bricks. Also, be very careful with the face mask - that's the most delicate part. After I finished, I super glued the face mask pieces together so they wouldn't collapse if someone mishandled it.

I'm so glad I purchased this for my son who is a Dallas Cowboy fan. He built it within a few hours. It looks amazing! Ours had all the pieces. They are small pieces, so if you have really big hands or get frustrated with hundreds of pieces of tiny lego's this Lego set isn't for you. The small sized pieces didn't impact my teenager son from building it. He's using it as a collectors item.

Decided to give this a try despite all the negative reviews. Very glad I did! It was a gift for my 10 year old son and it would have been too hard for him to build on his own but as a result we had a great time working on it together. It takes patience and time, but isn’t that the point of Legos/building blocks? I will most likely get some more of these for other NFL teams.

Defiantly a challenging helmet to put together and it took me a while to do, the only negative thing I would say is when I received the box half of the pieces were spilled out into the box it was like someone opened it and then returned it to Amazon
