It's amazing when I place these signs on our car when my child drives people become so courteous and allow space for merging, traffic light "red-to-green" go time, etc. These have really helped out. It helps my child become more confident behind the wheel. I have had no issues with these magnetic signs. They stick to the cars even at highway speeds. I cannot attest to anything about the backing becoming stuck to the paint. I do not leave them on the car long enough for that to happen. You must ensure that you apply the signs to a flat surface without any portion of the backing exposed to air. I purchased 3 of these for our car. One placed on the back, one placed on each front door. If you are teaching your child to drive, these are wonderful. I recommend them.

Bought these for my 15 yo who has her learner's permit. I was worried she would be too embarassed to put on the car, but she loves it. More people pass her than sit on her bumper (she's not slow and she doesn't sit in the left lane, we just live in Florida, what can I say?) It makes her more comfortable to drive and alleviates anxiety when there are aggressive drivers on the road. I keep one in each of my cars so it's always handy and they stay on very well. Our cars are all white, and there's no issue with these melting in the Florida sunshine, but we don't leave them on the cars (maybe 2 days max, and that's if we forget to take it off). Now when my son gets his permit next year, I'll probably need all 3 just for one car because he'll drive like he's Mario Mario.

Learning how to drive can be embarrassing when you make beginner mistakes on the road. I needed a magnet for the back of the cars I was practicing on so I could at least alert people as to why I was driving so slow. These did the job just fine. They arrived quickly and stuck to the cars, doing their job in rain and shine. Whether or not it actually helped my new driver reputation, who knows, but these magnets at least gave me the peace of mind to drive around town.

These are great. hardest thing is getting your teen to agree to put them on the car. My son felt the difference when they were on - drivers backed off and stayed away. He faced far fewer aggressive drivers (fewer - certainly didn't eliminate all of them in our city), and in general they had more patience with him and gave him more space. I think they are so great to use for the first few months when kids get their permits. Sometimes I myself drive with them on just to get a little peace on the road!

I highly recommend these if you have a driver in training. I have two teens learning to drive (please send prayers - ha!) and these have felt like an extra security for them. We live in a metro area with fairly busy traffic. Prior to these, other drivers would tailgate, pass us angrily, etc. With one of these on, the large majority of drivers, slow down and give us space. I will watch a car approach us from behind and I can tell the minute they see the magnet because they slow immediately. My kids have even gotten smiles and thumbs up. Of course, it doesn't completely cut the impatient drivers but it cuts them drastically. My kids feel better having them on. The magnets themselves are perfect. They stick securely to the car but come off easily without leaving any marks. We put them on when the kids are driving and then take them off when they are not. Driving on most roads we just use one on the back. On the freeways and down town, we have one on the back and put one on each of the front car doors.

The signs are working great! My daughter, a student driver, recommended we purchase these for her. We put two on the back of the trunk lid so the drivers behind us know a student driver is at the wheel. They seem to stay back further. The signs have helped my teenager to drive more with less tension. She didn't want other experienced drivers to be upset that we were going slower and more cautious than normal drivers. Evidently she had been listening to us when we drive behind slower drivers and didn't want other drivers to feel that way when she was driving. So these signs actually do help!

My daughter got her permit and I got these magnets. Having taught two previous teenagers how to drive and dealing with other drivers on the road I can tell you these make a huge difference. I never had the magnets with my other two when they were learning to drive . I can tell you that people tend to stay back some and not be as rude or aggressive on the road when they see the magnets on the car and that helps for those nervous permit holding new drivers to gain some experience and confidence

These magnets we're a tiny bit smaller than I was thinking- about 14 or 16 in wide, but they get the message out due to the design. The magnet itself is the standard thickness and quality flexible magnet sheet, not the cheapy magnet sheets you see now in recent years. It stays in place. My new driver actually asked for them. I was afraid she would get hassled by other drivers, but it seems to make other drivers more patient. Of course, I always could hold my phone up like I am videoing them if that happened, hehe. You may want to check your car with a magnet before ordering these because many new cars have very little metal on the front end. Ours has to go on our hood on our Focus.

These magnets are ideal for a new driver. My daughter is 15. She's a great driver, but I find myself in total distress when she slows down to think, or attempts parking for far too long or someone allows her to make a lane change and she takes 45 minutes to do so. Other drivers become so angry at her! Understandably. These come with three magnets. I place one on the rear of the car, one on the driver door and one on the passenger side. I cannot believe how patient people have become. Actually, they are moving out if her way, stopping for her and assisting in every way. Certainly not everyone but a good percentage. These are good quality magnets. They will not move, slide or come off the car but are very easy to remove. When it's time for me to drive again, I simply remove them, stick them together and throw them in my driver door pocket. I never forget to use these when she drives, as it makes the whole experience pleasurable.

Does what it describes. Sticks well to the vehicle, only use on the rear of the vehicle right now. Doesn't stick so much its hard to remove but enough to stay on. Its a good size, reflective, and bright. Which is great for it is seen easily. Before this people would tailgate and pressure my daughter to drive faster making her highly uncomfortable, which is not good for a first time driver. Now I have noticed a dramatic difference, people don't tailgate or pressure her anymore, except for the occasional nasty person. It has boosted her confidence and she even drives better without the added pressure, you know she likes it when she asks if its there before we go anywhere.
