Great product!
I was a tiny bit worried when I received the package. The product was in a nondescript, tiny, white box so I was naturally worried that I had gotten a dupe. It did come with instructions but I decided to try to set it up without using them just to see how user friendly it really was. With a little button pushing and knob turning I had it connected to my phone, set on the perfect radio station, and playing music in five minutes. After you pair it the first time, as long as you keep your Bluetooth on, your device will connect to it as soon as you plug it back into your car. I do have to unplug it every time I turn off the car, it seems that it stays on after I turn my car off and I don't want it to drain my battery. I also don't want to give any thieves a good reason to try and break in either. But as neither of those things is the fault of the product or company I can't take any stars off of my review for them. If you're thinking about buying it, just get it. It's a thousand times easier than those $20-ish radio adapters that you have to constantly re-purchase Aux cords for from the constant stress of being moved around and connected to your phone.

Great product! I bought this little gem for my ...
Great product! I bought this little gem for my 1999 Ford Ranger. Evidently, I'm going through a mid-life crisis of sorts because I decided to add a 3 inch lift, bigger tires, and sweet wheels and get a little bit of that truck's youthful mojo back! After all, it was my first car after college and the only vehicle I ever bought new. I like that truck. Only one problem with the truck--it didn't have bluetooth. I like talking on the phone hands free (while driving) and I thought I'd give this one a shot. This was way easier to setup and get started that I thought it would be. The audio is clear. The transmission from the bluetooth device to the radio is seamless and I haven't had any cracks, pops, cross static, radio interference, or loss of signal. You can leave the hands free device plugged in for a few days, but if you leave it in too long it will drain the battery. I learned this the hard way (like I learn most things in life). The push to talk button works great with the iPhone and it actually dials better than the bluetooth device built into my Prius. Now that I think about it, that's exactly why I'm fixing up my truck. I drive a freaking Prius, people! And I wanted something with a little more grit to take camping AND talk hands-free while driving. I'm going camping after the first of the year and I really don't want to pull up to the site in a Prius. Don't get me wrong, I love my Prius. It holds TONS of gear, but it looks like a door stop. There. You have it. That's why I'm lifting my truck. The streaming audio works like a champ on this bad boy! I've been totally jamming to Christmas music lately on my Pandora station. After you pair the phone with the device, it's just as easy to stream music. Nothing like going down the road in a awesome looking truck jamming out to Otis Redding singing "Merry Christmas Baby". Honestly, the Bonnie Raitt / Charles Brown version of that song rocks too. They did a duet on the "A Very Special Christmas Album 2" album and it's fantastic. Both versions sound nice and clear on this! Side note: I haven't tried the micro SD slot on the handsfree yet, so I can't give you a review on that. Maybe I'll do an update when I get time. The only downside I've heard from it is not on my end. Sometimes the people I call say that they hear their voice echo. I'm assuming it's because they hear their voice coming through my radio. Actually, the only person that's really complained about it is Rob--and he complains about every damn thing on the planet. I'm serious. Right now his big beef is that Thor Ragnarok was just "too slapsticky". This is coming from THE SAME GUY who made me watch Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog. And that's 42 minutes of my life that I'll never get back. Never. Get. Back. I was a little worried that it may protrude too far from my cigarette lighter slot (yes, this truck is old enough to have a cigarette lighter) and catch the shifter on the way down. It doesn't. It's got a low profile and it's perfect for tight spaces! YES! All in all, this is a great product. I recommend it to anyone looking to add hands free audio to their car. I've already bought one for my wife's Smart car for Christmas. I hope she doesn't read this. I've also included pictures of it in the vehicle so you can see just how far it protrudes. Also, here's pictures of the truck, Prius, and Smart car. I just washed both of them so I thought I'd share the pictures. Yeah, I know the paint is peeling on the truck. I'm about to fix that, too. I went ahead and included the mockup of what I'm about to do to the truck too! It's getting it's mojo back! AWWWWWWW YISSSSSSS! Update 9/3/2018 - I included a new picture of my truck and it looks totally sweet! I've decided against the decals simply because the simple black / white motif looks a little like a stormtrooper and I dig it.

10 stars if they had it! it just works.
I love the small size of this. I thought it was going to be too big for my daughter's 2005 Toyota Camry but it's perfect (see photos). I took a couple minutes (before this was plugged in) to find a channel with only static, plugged it in, held down the "answer call" button until the knob could be used to tune the same FM channel on the device and it was perfect... NO STATIC! A few minutes later I unplugged it from the cig lighter and plugged it back in. A voice says "ready to pair" or something and my daughter chose the device from the list on her iPhone 6. The voice says "paired successfully" or something like that. That was IT! It just works. Tried out the speaker phone and was surprised how well it worked. Played music for the next 40 minutes or so on the road with no problems. We tried the skip button... worked flawlessly. Shut the car off and turned it back on "waiting blue tooth", "blue tooth connected" and push play on the phone. I can't speak to reliability but so far I'm VERY impressed, for $15 you get all the normal modern functionality of the new cars.

so it's so great to finally be able to pick my own music
This has made my car rides so much nicer! I work an hour away, so it's so great to finally be able to pick my own music! The setup's a little frustrating at first, as the directions could be better, but once you figure it out it's a piece of cake!

Amazing
I LOVE IT!!! THANK YOU. I have a 2001 Mustang and I just bought an iPhone 7 so I can't use the tape converter anymore. This is super clear on my speakers. Pro tip - Google blank radio radio stations in your area.

READ ABOUT THIS ONE WEIRD BONUS
Excellent solution, excellent price, excellent sound quality! Love this. Got one for myself and then got a few as gifts because I thought it was so great. As a weird bonus; the bluetooth piece announces itself when you turn on the vehicle and have it set to your bluetooth station. After it says it's powered on, it then says (in my experience) "normal" or "abnormal" voltage. Why it tells you about your battery, I don't know, but it was actually useful over the winter when my battery would be weak on particularly cold days. The bluetooth piece would literally announce that I needed to give my car more time to warm up. Weird bonus.

Best Bluetooth Car Adapter Option, Paired with Google Android Auto App
This was our third bluetooth car adapter purchase. The first was a goose neck cigarette lighter version. While it worked OK, the goose neck put the main body of the device in an awkward location. We never could find a good location for it that was view-able and also not in the way of important car functions like the gear shifter. The second one was a cigarette lighter version that was the size of the socket. It also worked OK but the size meant the phone and volume buttons were very small and on the side of the adapter. Not very easy to get to while you were driving. The LIHAN bluetooth adapter is the best of the three bluetooth adapters we purchased. Its size is perfect for our car and the phone button is in a very easy to see and reach area of the device. We especially like the ease in adjusting the volume by turning the phone button. The device connects to our phones easily via bluetooth and the radio sound is excellent with clear sound and no static. We paired the device with the Google Android Auto app which brought our older car up to date with current car models. We use the app to integrate Google Maps, the phones telephone features and our favorite music app all into a single easy to use interface. We can select and play music, switch over to a google map for directions and the music continues to play. Turn by turn directions interrupt the music when needed. If a phone call comes in, the callers ID is played giving you the option to answer the call. Outgoing calls can me made via the 'OK Google' voice command. We even found that incoming text messages are played and you have the ability to reply to them via your voice. All in all, we are very happy with this bluetooth adapter paired with the Android Auto app. We definitely recommend this device to add cool new features to an older car.

Clear sound, easy connection, great fast charging
I chose this bluetooth FM transmitter because it matched the bluetooth 4.0 version of my phone and I liked its straight-forward design. I'm very happy with the purchase. I wasn't counting on how absolutely easy it is to connect to. After initial pairing, simply turn on your phone's bluetooth when running the vehicle and this thing grabs it almost immediately. I am so happy to no longer have to deal with an additional auxiliary cord for FM transmitting. In addition, the 3.1A fast charging port works excellently. I can use navigation, listen to music and still get a quick charge. I have tested it for a couple hands free phone calls and found it serviceable in that regard, but I did need to turn off heating/AC for half-decent communication. All-in-all, worth the purchase for me. I would certainly buy again.

very happy to have blue tooth in my 2002 vehicle
Works exactly as expected, very happy to have blue tooth in my 2002 vehicle! Only complaint (and this is minor), I have to turn volume way up to hear Pandora or something streaming and it would be nice to have USB connections on bottom so cords don't cover the button. Other than that, very satisfied.

Just what i wanted!
I have a 2004 Ford Excursion which I drive a lot. I would like to listen to the music on my iPhone but the Excursion is pre-Bluetooth. Technology has come a long way. I plugged this product into my utility port (aka cigarette lighter) and after a little setup it hooks to my phone. I have my music and hands-free phone calling. Total setup time was less than 10 minutes. Finding the right FM station is not spelled out. There is an app for the iPhone ClearFM which identifies a good local station to use. I set my radio to that station and then set the transmitter to the same station and it worked. Setting the transmitter requires holding the telephone icon button down until it blinks and then tuning to it. The instructions say that, sort of. The sound quality is excellent. I have gotten good feedback from my passengers and from the people I call on the phone.
