Great protection, easy to put on and off for 6 year old boy

Purchased this for my 6 year old boy. He used to use Paw Patrol helmet purchased at a big box store. It got damaged and he was ready to get a big boy helmet (not toddler helmet). Clasp mechanism is easy but confusing at first. It was a bit different from Paw Patrol helmet. You need to slide it in, instead of just putting the two end together. Took him a while to get used to this mechanism, but once he got hang of it, he could do it without any help. Size adjustment is just by the elastic on the back of the head, instead of those typical knob type adjustment mechanism. It fits snuggly and keeps my son safe. Recommended.

Bought this for my almost 5 year as her old helmet was too small. This fits perfect and protects her head when out on the bike or scooter. She like the colors and look of the helmet. Overall I am very happy with the helmet and it was a great price.

Bell True Fit fast and easy fitting

When searching for a helmet for your kid, look for Bell True Fit. This is my daughter's 2nd Bell True Fit. Ignore the age listing for the helmets on amazon. You need to measure your child's head to see if their delicate brain will fit snugly. Know both the inch and centimeter measurement. Get a helmet for your child that fits at the bottom or middle of the scale. My child simply outgrew her last one. It was 50-54cm. This one is 52-56cm. All you have to do is adjust the chin strap to level the helmet.

Well built

I bough this for my son who typically could destroy anything. Not in an intentional sort of demonic way but more of a casual who gives a crap, I didn't even know I wasn't supposed to way. This helmet has stood up very well to his abuse both on and off of his head.

Fits well

Very well made helmet. I now have one for each of my kids. The strap at the back of the head is very comfortable and well designed compared to the competitors and I like that it has reflectors built in. The pinch guard built into the clip receiver of the chin strap is also great feature!

Worth the price

This is a great helmet for the price. I bought this for my 6 year old as she needed an upgrade and her mini mouse helmet was too "babyish". She says it feels comfortable and it fits her head as expected. The helmet is not adjustable but does have a bit of stretch to the band in the back that will accommodate different head sizes and shapes within the suggested age range. I am happy with this product and would purchase again.

Good Helmet

I bought this helmet as a birthday gift for my niece and she LOVES it. My sister told me its fantastic quality. It was affordable and fits her as expected. It seems to be a comfortable fit as well. My sister said it is much better than her last brand from a department store. Would order from this company again. It came in a timely manner and serves its purpose well.

Cool girl on the block

The colors are fabulous. My little girl feels like the cool girl on the block, especially with the visor. The helmet did fit a little tight. The size was to 56cm, I guess my girl has a wide head. I just wish Bell brand would make these fun colors in the bigger sizes too.

Perfect.

I bought this for my almost 4 year old daughter and it fits perfect with a little room to grow. The colors are exactly as pictured too. It's very easy to adjust the chin strap as well, which is a plus for me because our last helmet was like pulling teeth to adjust. Great helmet.

Measure your kid's head!

Great product. I was surprised that my son actually wanted to wear it. His favorite color is green but he caught on to the blue ok and reminds be when we get his bike out that he needs his helmet. I would say for any parent getting ready to buy this, pay attention to the centimeters or inches that they recommend, don't base your choice off child age because I bought the 5-8 and my kid is only 3 with what I would consider an average size head.
