Well made, love the size. Fits in the instant pot and also great for storing leftovers in the fridge.

I got to use this the first time last night and reheated ham in one and scalloped potatoes in the other---the ham stayed so moist and the potatoes were perfect. I love the design, you can use one or both and it has a handy handle for lifting. Would recommend to anyone that wants to re-heat, especially those items that get dry in the microwave. Great design and quality.

ekovana Stackable Stainless Steel Pressure Cooker Steamer Insert Pans with lid After the purchase AlphaBliz vendor followed up with an instructions/recipe guide PDF attached to an email. Nice follow-up! First time using the product and found it met my expectations of cooking different food items at one time.

THESE VENDORS ARE OUTSTANDING! If you had more than 5 stars, they would get it! I had an issue, amazon gave me a answer, bless Zander, however, i told him i had already worked with this company, will go back, i am so impressed, i have NEVER had customer service like this, the product is beautifull, craftmanship & cooking results as well, i am new to instant pots, i have all 3 sizes now! I just love them as well as amazon! THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR CARING ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS! You need to know, my problem was taken care of within 48 hours!!! What else can i say!!

This product works excellent for my 6 quart Instant Pot. I've been able to make dishes I normally would have to make in the oven, heat dinner (and keep it warm) for my husband who works some night shifts, so he avoids eating unhealthy fast food restaurants after midnight, and plan to attempt a cheesecake, cake and cornbread this Summer. With this addition, this will cut down my usage of the stove during the Summer months and my electric bill! They seem to be very durable and well made. I did find a spot of rust on one of the pots where some water did get stuck - but I cleaned it promptly and thoroughly and it was easily removed. This has changed how and what I can cook in the IP, and I am very pleased and am considering another set for my second IP. Highly recommended for any IP or pressure cooker owner (that will fit these pots)!

These are kind of handy. I do not use them for every thing because when it is better to steam--I steam. I have an extra insert pan for my instapot and silicone lid as well as a steam basket and a silicone basket. So there are many different ways to use the Instapot even for different dishes to prepare a complicated meal. But, when I want to steam something that takes longer (potatoes, for example) and cook something that takes less time or heat (brocoli, for example) it works to use one of these pans with some water and put it on top of the potatoes. Since the food in the pan isn't cooked as fast (pot in pot cooking) the timing works out. Also, when something might scorch when heated directly in the steam pot this works great. I found it to be a great way to cook the Red Mill soup mix where one adds a cup of the mix, 4 cups of water, and then optionally throws in mushrooms, chopped boiled potato, and perhaps protein crumples or precooked (pan browned) hamburger shreds. These pots are essential for pot in pot cooking and very handy for some other kinds of cooking. I do wish I could buy an extra lid separately.

I have been following any number of YouTube videos posted by Instant-pot users and I finally succumbed and bought a multi-pot and several accessories (two trivets of varying heights and the Ekovana stackable containers. One YouTube poster actually reviewed-compared the Ekovana stackable containers and those of a different brand. I bought the Ekovana set because of her posting. The lid is of a better design to keep condensation from entering the enclosed container and the lid has a gasket to ensure that. Also, the metal "harness" is of a better design so that when the pans are stored in my cupboard the "harness" doesn't come undone and flop around. The recipe pamphlet which came with the set has tips/hints (food in the bottom pan will cook faster than what is on top) and there are just a few recipes included.. I look forward to trying out my set this weekend when I make curry in the multi-pot and cook rice in my Ekovana container as the trivets I ordered arrived just today.

ekovana ss steel pressure set, came with two lids, one with holes, one without, both pans and holder. NO black grease or oil on them. Washed in dishwasher, came out sparkling. Cooked a cake 1st thing... bottom pan was slightly underdone at 40 minutes on high in the new (cake setting) Instant Pot Ultra 6 Qt 10-in-1 Multi. Haven't tried anything else yet... too busy. So many recipes on the internet... everything is either in video (youtube) or step by step on someones home page.

I bought an instant pot a year ago and love it. Now that my children are starting to move out of the house and I don't need to cook for such a big crowd, I've been looking at ways to use the instant pot to cook meals for two or three people. This stackable set works great. You can cook some chicken in the bottom pot and rice in the top pot, for example. One of the things that we've tried and loved was making cheesecake in the instantpot. This is a must have if you want to expand your pressure cooker options. This is easy to clean. The user manual is easy to understand and very helpful. It provides some additional recipes. I have an older instantpot 5 quart size and this fits fine. I would buy this item again if I needed to.

I have been using it every single day for cooking or reheating in my IP.It saves a lot of time as it enables me to cook two items simultaneously. The rice comes out fluffy every time, while my veggies on the top cook to perfection. Here are some tips I follow. I usually add 2 cups water to the main IP pot. I always use the bottom pan of the stack to cook stuff like rice and the top pan for items that cook more easily like veggies, lentils, meat etc Here are some combinations I tried. Long grain brown rice and teriyaki chicken : I had marinated chicken overnight with teriyaki sauce which I placed in the top pan (no need to add any water as chicken cooks in steam created from its own juice). In the bottom pan I took 2 cups of washed long grain brown rice with 4 cups of water (I like my rice soft reduce the water if you like it not too soft). Added 2 cups of water to the IP¹s inner pot, covered top pan with lid, inserted the ekovana pans using the handle and set IP in manual mode for 10mins high and allow NPR. I did not have to use the IP trivet while using these stackable pan set for pot in pot cooking. Long grain basmati rice with beets: Wash 2 cups of basmati rice in the pan and add 3 cups of water. In the top layer pan, I placed 2 whole beets washed and peeled ( I also sometime cook with the peel on when I don¹t have time. Later using a paper towel wipe out the peel easily). Add a cup of water to the pan with beets. Stack the pans and set the IP to 5 mins manual high and allow NPR. I pureed the beets to make hummus and made flavored pilaf with the rice. Steamed Salmon and veggies: I used the bottom pan to steam mixed veggies. I had broccoli, string beans, carrots and kale seasoned with salt and pepper. In the top pan I placed the salmon filet that I pre seasoned as well. I placed the stacked pans in my instant pot and set it up in manual mode for 3 mins and NPR. I have also used the pans to steam cook potatoes, eggs and other veggies. While steaming and reheating, I do not add any water to the ekovana pans. The water in the main pot produces enough steam to cook/reheat the contents despite the containers being closed. I¹m looking forward to trying several other possibilities with these handy pans !
