This is a great starter set for the hobbyist

This is a great starter set for the hobbyist. It has all of the sizes you need to learn on and you won't feel bad when you inevitably make a mistake and break one. (I did it by accidentally climb milling three times in one sitting. The third time it broke after ripping the part out of the vise.) Also sold by Harbor Freight.
