I LOVE this product. I went almost completely gray in my 20s and have been coloring my hair since then - almost 20 years. My hair grows somewhat fast so I find myself coloring my roots at minimum every 2 weeks, which I think is bad for my hair. This product has been a lifesaver in allowing me to extend out that time frame some. I wish I had found it sooner!!! I have been several colors since finding this product - dark brown, blonde, and reddish - and all of those corresponding colors of this product worked wonderfully for me. I've found the best way for me to use this is to dry my hair shampooed hair and then apply this to all the roots around my face prior to applying my makeup. That way I can wash off all the spray that gets on my skin before applying my makeup. I then come back after I've applied my makeup and styled my hair and apply it to my part so it covers any of my roots that are showing. Using it this way (only covering visible areas) allows for more uses for me as opposed to trying to cover all my roots. It's a small can, but definitely worth the price if you're frugal with your use each time.

I love this product so much!

I have been usijng Toppix and Finally Hair for 4 years. They cover well, however they are messy and the product ends up all over my bathroom floor, sink, and pillow. And forgot about windy days. The wind removes all the product and you end up looking awful. This spray is my new favorite. I have dark brown, very fine, thin hair that I have to color every month. This spray stays on no matter what. And my bathroom and pillow cases stay clean. No one can tell I'm wearing it either. Now I can enjoy windy days and no one will see my scalp. yay!

FINALLY one that really works!

After wasting money on four or five other products, I ran across this stuff at WalMart, and gave it a try. What the heck... and it colored my balding area to perfection. I have light blond hair, and it just colors the scalp so it all looks like thick hair back there instead of my pink white boy scalp showing through. You will be as happy as I am, I'd bet!

Without this I'd have to dye my hair every week!

This product is terrific for hiding the pesky gray hairs that start to emerge 1-2 weeks after coloring my hair. I have dark hair, and a lot of gray around my forehead and temple areas, so any gray hairs are beyond obvious. Once they start to peek out, I use this product and I can last another couple weeks before coloring. The only drawback is that if I put my hands on my hair, sometimes a little color rubs off, but it is a minor complaint. The color does not run when I exercise (and I sweat like a beast), or get onto clothing at all. Make sure to shake and spray a few inches away from your head. When I started using this product I sprayed to close, and got too much on my scalp, which looked quite weird, like a spray on bald covering product. As long as you stay a few inches away from your scalp like the directions say, you will love this product.

Love this stuff! Where has it been my whole life? I have been coloring my roots like a mad-woman having no idea that this stuff existed. What a life saver. My hair grows super fast (literally an inch a month) so I was constantly coloring my roots. Now, I go to the salon less frequently and use this to cover my gray in-between. I do recommend using this BEFORE applying make-up. Apply and blend into hairline with a make-up sponge. For roots on top, just simply spray. Works awesome. I do wish the spray came out slower. That is my one complaint. If it came out slower, you could control it better. Note to manufacturer...

Excellent product

I usually buy this at the store but can’t get out much these days I love this product I have been using this for about 6 months and it works awesome My roots show so quickly because my hair grows quickly you only need a little when using but no running or fading until you wash it out the best thing is when my roots start to show and I have to be seen out it takes seconds to spray where needed you just have to get used to the direction and the pressure on the pump it only took 1 use to do it correctly you really get a lot for the money

A life saver for me

Being 31 yrs old and having thick streaks of white hair that makes me look like a skunk is just cruel! I'm tired of dying the grays every 2-3 weeks so I tried not to look at them and pretended they weren't there. That is until one night when I had my hair down, making the grays much more prevalent, and a male friend gasped as he blurted out "you seriously look like you're 56 yrs old......" All I've got to say is thank God this product exists and it works so well!! I only used a tiny bit and quickly sprayed it on just to take the 2 pictures and it already looks 100 times better! I was also pleasantly surprised by the fact that it didn't change the feel/texture of my hair. I thought for sure that it would make my hair feel like a cross between hair spray and dry shampoo but it doesn't. Personally I think it actually made my hair feel a little softer and cleaner. It doesn't leave brown splotches on my scalp, it doesn't rub off on my hands, maybe it's because I always have polish on my nails but I've never had an issue with it messing up a manicure and I don't even wash my hands after applying it, it isn't unpleasantly cold to me like another reviewer stated (it's feels like a less intense quick burst of air that comes out of those cans of air used to clean electronics with) and it doesn't come off of my hair until I wash it. If you feel like it's coming out too forceful or too cold maybe try holding the can 12 inches from your scalp instead of the suggested 4-6, it will cover a larger and feel more like a mist rather then a concentrated burst of air. Is it perfect? No. But what do you expect from an $8 product intended as a quick fix?

You're not supposed to spray it in your face!

Why are people complaining that this gets on your face? Of course it does if that's where you spray it! Just like if you give yourself an all over quick spritz of hairspray it'll get on your face...but this has color so you can see it. Here's what I do to eliminate mess- Wear latex gloves. This way you can block your face with one hand and spray with the other. When your working on the top or back of your head you can really expose the roots for a good spray when you have the gloves on. I've gotten really good at it now and I use two or three different colors to randomly spray so my roots aren't a solid color. Looks more natural that way. I love this stuff!!

I love this thing

I love this thing. I have a lot of gray hair and every 4 weeks I had to color my hair. Not only that was damaging my hair also it was expensive. It covers so well you don't even notice. Another big plus....I spray it 30 min before I go to the gym....never had an issue. Love it!! I got it before from Walmart but amazon has a better price.

This stuff is amazing! Like magic! Thought I’d give it a try as I usually use the powder w brush to cover up my grays in between colors, but this stuff... omg! Sprays right on and looks so dang natural! Try and get your fingers out of the way as it is a tad hard to wash off but not too bad. Or wear some vynil latex gloves like I did til you get used to it! I thought this stuff would rub off on my pillowcase too, but it doesn’t!! And I used a lot! Even over gelled hair for my slick back look cuz when I wear my hair up as pictured I get lots of gray there above my ear. Noooo this is not my gel look obv but it also washes out nicely. I just can’t say enough abt this stuff. I’ll also post a pic of my gelled hair for my pony. Worked like magic and I felt beautiful! All 3 pics literally days apart. Covering up grays in between is a cinch!
