  • For use with 13/14S, 17S, or 17T Delta showering models.1/2 inch outlets and connections

Relatively easy installation. Easy to order and replace valves if needed. Delta quality. Worth the extra money for something that is going to be in your wall and not easily changed.

This was perfect for our bathroom remodel. Having the valve, temperature, and diverter all together is great.

I purchased this item for the rough plumbing in a new home which has three functions in the shower - a hand held, a fixed shower head, and a rain shower. My excellent plumber had advised me to use Moen, because he has had good experience with that brand, but they did not have any trim design that I liked. After my plumber installed this rough-in unit, he said to me, "You know, this is really good quality. I really like it. I am going to change my recommendation for future customers. I will tell them to consider this instead." It is very nice that the same rough-in can be used with multiple trim configurations (3 function and 6 function, with or without temperature compensation). We just installed these in all four showers, and bought different trim and cartridges for each shower configuration. I quality is evident in the unit...heavy solid brass, with multi-function connections.

Installed without issues. Solid brass and clearly marked "up" and hot/cold sides. If you're using a plumber, make sure to tell him/her of the combination valve body. My plumber was confused on the unit and it's application until I explained it. Other than that, standard installation. Unit uses 1/2" connections. Can do 3 or 6 function diverter. Comes with a cap to plug the right side if you are using a 3 function diverter. Important to note that with the 6 function diverter, you can only run 2 outlets at the same time. You can have three items connected, but only two can run at once. One thing to note is the flow difference between this valve body and the equivalent with stops. This valve body has a higher flow rate. It may or may not be important to you depending on the application. The difference is .2 GPM all the way up to .9 GPM. Check the Delta technical documentation. There's a chart that splits it out by pressure and cartridge choice. This is only the brass valve body that connects to the plumbing. You will need to buy a separate "trim" kit that includes the cartridge and the parts that you "see."

Very good. Just used for a renovation. Just be sure you get the right trim kit. If you want 3 things (2 at the same time) like a shower head, rain head and a handheld to work the 3 setting trim kit won't work. I just had to buy the 6 setting kit in order to operate everything. The same rough in faucet works for both.

Excellent design! Installed it myself. My plumber was impressed with the design and functionality. Had never seen this before.

Very high quality, but does require a plumber to install. Plus, delta warranty is a huge plus. Plan to spend an extra 2 to 3 hundred dollars on the matching trim kit however.

If you want choice of adding a extra port this is way to go. Used it for rain shower head. If your decieding what brand to buy go with delta lifetime warranty and easy to find parts for unlike knockoff brands. This is behind your wall can you risk a chance for a leak and have to rip it out and start again? Worth every penny and peice of mind.

Returned unit because I had to keep remodel in budget with home sell value ...

Looked brand new & easy to install. This Delta series is way overpriced so is most every thing else these days.
