Good tough material

I settled on this car seat travel bag after reading lots of reviews. We checked our car seat at the check-in counter, and you can see they really handle luggage rough. After just 2 flights, the bag and straps are covered is black smears and you can see that a lesser fabric would have torn in areas. I don't know how many trips it will take, but it protected the car seat well.

Durable, well made and protected my car seat

I really didn't know what to expect from the car seat cover after reading all the reviews. I was nervous that the cover wouldn't protect the car seat well enough and I'd be left stranded out of state with a dirty and wet car seat that I couldn't stick my toddler in. Thankfully, the cover performed better than I expected, even after I checked the car seat (not gate check, but actually checked it like luggage). It easily fit my very large Safety 1st Grow and Go carseat, with room to spare. The fabric was very durable, and even looked brand new after a couple of flights of being manhandled by Southwest and rainy weather. The car seat came out completely unscathed, perfectly dry and clean. My only disappointment with the cover is the pocket you're supposed to fold it back into when not being used. The pocket is too small, and the cover is to difficult to refold, that it made it fairly pointless. I ended up just folding it as small as I could and putting it in the pocket of my stroller. I'm very happy with the cover, and I will definitely be utilizing it again when we travel.

High quality

Thanks to the person who created this bag! When I was ordering I didn't expect so high quality car seat bag but this one exceed my expectations! And the price is not expensive. It has 2 back strips so you can carry it on your back and leave your hands empty while walking with the kids and side strip to carry on the shoulder. The stitches are very strong as well. When are not using it just fold in a nice little bag. Like this it will not have any dust. Can't wait for our next trip 😁

Just what I needed!

We don't own a car and rely mostly on public transportation but every now and again we need to use a taxi\uber\Lyft and we have to schlep our toddler's carseat around. It's always a struggle. This bag is just the fix I was waiting for: It comes folded into a little pouch and when you unfold it you realize that the pouch is actually a part of the bag ( which is very clever). The bag has handles on the side and also straps on the back to carry like a backpack, which is super convenient. I tried to carry the bag with the carseat in it, wearing it like a backpack and it was so much more comfortable. That would be really useful if we need to take it to the airport. The carseat fit nicely in the bag and will also be good to cover the carseat from dust, when it's not being used.

Great purchase!

We traveled from Oregon to Honolulu and back. Held up great, very durable no rips or snags. I was worrying about it not being big enough to fit my daughters car seat it well When we received it my boyfriend and I were joking about how big the bag is and how we could just stuff me in there instead of getting me a plane ticket so he dared to me try and fit in there lol well I did! We were able to put her car seat and my oldest daughters booster seat in there as well...and yes, that’s me in the bag in the picture 😂

Great for chicco and graco

So far, so good. Used for one flight, no rips and there’s even a place to write your name on them. We bought two and it fit a graco4ever and a chicco keyfit 30 car seat with base. Love the straps and made it so easy to get moving around in the airport with two littles !

EXCELLENT For Travelers w/ Kids Who Need Carseats - GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

In my family, it's a tradition to take family vacations at least once or twice a year. In the past years, we've always driven to our vacation destinations but recently (since we have 2 kids now), we've found ourselves flying to make it easier on the baby/toddler. But the problem here is that parents can only do so much when having luggage for every person + taking a stroller, carry-ons, and 2 car seats. You run out of hands! Even still if you rent a car, all rental car companies charge you around $20 a day for a car seat. Meaning we were spending $40+ a day just for 2 car seats. This is where a car seat travel bag comes in handy. Most of them are similar in which it just covers up your car seat to protect it from the elements. Where this one from Volkgo differs is that it has straps so you can carry the car seat like a backpack. This is a lifesaver because each parent can carry a car seat on their back, freeing up some hands for other things like luggage, strollers, or wrangling your kids. I did want to mention though, that the Volkgo Customer Support was excellent. Upon ordering mine, I found that there was an issue with the seam where the product was sewn together. I contacted them and they sent me another one with no questions asked. Truly a handy product!

Monday morning woke up and was leaving the house for work to discover our dog (who doesn't like when we travel) had peed all over the side ...

I haven't even taken it on a plane yet, but it was already worth the money. We are flying out on Wednesday, so we purchased a new car seat for the trip (needed one for our second car anyway)on Sunday. Got home and put the new car seat directly into the travel bag and put it by our front door to pick up on our way out to the airport on Wednesday. Monday morning woke up and was leaving the house for work to discover our dog (who doesn't like when we travel) had peed all over the side of the car seat bag. I can attest it is very much waterproof. The carseat was perfectly dry and after a quick rinse the bag is clean again and ready to use for our flight.

This is just what we needed for our son’s Evenflo car seat. It is durable and lightweight. I traveled by myself with my son and was able to carry it on my back with ease. The straps don’t cut into your arms either. After the initial use my bag had a slight tear in the bag but the car seat was still undamaged. I contacted their amazing customer service team and they replaced my bag free of charge. Top notch product from a great company! I recommend purchasing this to cover your car seats for travel.

Withheld 4 airplane rides!!

This was PERFECT!! Backpack style was easy to carry, it was a great size! It held our full size car seat plus booster seat. Clear labeling was wonderful! And the drawstring plus the flap over it made it super easy to use and kept everything protected! It's a must by when traveling by air!!
