Creamy. Delicious. Healthy high protein snack, perfect for those you have had weight loss surgery and need to up there protein or are just getting back on solids.
After the cottage cheese I loved as a kid and young adult disappeared from the market, I tried numerous different brands and kinds over the course of 25 years and eventually decided I didn't like cottage cheese as it now existed. I honestly have no idea why I decided to try yet another one, but I'm glad I did because this is so delicious! This is the stuff, for real. Dare I say, this is what cottage cheese was meant to be! You could get away with spending less on non organic, but this is the highest quality cottage cheese on the market, and it’s not close. I go through 10 of these a week sometimes.
This is fancy cottage cheese, but it is pure cottage cheese. It's made from milk.. period. There are no additional ingredients. I wish the price were lower, I'd eat this every day.
I like that it is grass fed whole milk and relatively low in sugar. The taste is very good. Not bitter. I find it a bit more filling than Greek yogurt and a nice alternative. I eat with berries!
