I was finishing a Wooden Teardrop Camper project and decided to try this out. I like it's look and feel. Easy to cut and strip, flexible enough to turn corners, etc. It makes my project look even better...

Great quality, no issues

Great lamp wiring. The quality was good and it worked just fine for the pair of wall lamps I was rewiring with about 10 ft to spare. After cutting it just need some heatshrink over it to hold the cloth covering in place (and prevent fraying).

Love the look of this wire on my antique fixtures! My original review was only 4 stars due to my mistake of thinking this wire was aluminum instead of copper (due to the appearance - silver/aluminum color). I was kindly corrected that this is actually "tinned copper", so it is copper... but the color and appearance of aluminum. So now... 5 full stars!

Cool Stuff

I bought this to rewire antique sewing machines. It looks great, but be prepared- it's cloth over plastic. It's a really squirrely challenge to get it properly stripped and dressed. A good heat gun- NOT A TORCH OR LIGHTER- does a nice job terminating the braid. Conductor quality seems decent. Overall good stuff.

Great Antique look

While cleaning out my Late Mother in Laws Home I found an old Wrought Iron floor Lamp, it was in good shape but the wiring was old and cracked. I ordered the Black Twisted 18/2 Rayon covered Wire on a whim and boy was it a great choice. The Rayon slides back off of the insulated wire nicely and the wire itself strips well. I re-painted the lamp and with the addition of this wire it look original. Great Product.

A must buy if you are looking for a good old fashion looking cord. Very soft feel and great quality.

This cord is outstanding. The quality is very good and the fabric doesn't fray as I expected. Inside the fabric the wires have the usual plastic coating that is also good. The old fashion look and soft feel is even better.
