My husband has a small business importing and selling French wine. He opens no less than 2 bottles of wine every night and several when having a tasting. Needless to say he goes through foil cutters and wine openers. I have purchased him expensive foil cutters and they do not last any longer than these. This is a solid product at a very good price. You cannot go wrong.

Bought this a while ago and has been a great help, when it arrived it came in a very nice presentation, and two of them for a great price too. Before always afraid to get hurt while taking the foil of the wine bottle but now I just can say thank you for this product and whoever read this review, I can tell that i recommend it 100%

ONCE OR TWICE AT THE MOST AND THE FOIL SEAL IS OFF

I HAVE HAD SEVERAL FOIL CUTTERS. THIS ONE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST. I HAVE BEEN USING IT FOR FOUR MONTHS. (1/2 BOTTLE A NIGHT HABIT - SO FOR 60 BOTTLES). PERFORMANCE HAS NOT DIMINISHED. THE ONLY CAUTION I HAVE IS THAT, BECAUSE OF PAST EXPERIENCE, I PRESSED HARD ON THE "WINGS". IT IS NOT NECESSARY!!! THE BLADES ARE SO SHARP THAT LITE TO MEDIIUM PRESSURE (DEPENDING ON THE FOIL) IS ALL THAT IS REQUIRED. I NOTICED THAT BECAUSE I PRESSED SO HARD THAT THE BLADES WERE DEFORMED SLIGHTLY BUT IT DID NOT REDUCE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE CUTTER. I BOUGHT A 2-PACK AND DON'T KNOW IF I WILL EVER NEED THE SECOND ONE. (EVEN WITH MY OVER-THAN-AVERAGE CONSUMPTION OF WONDERFUL WINE.)

GREAT PRODUCT, GREAT SELLER

Silang Tech, seller of this product through Amazon, gets a five star rating, as does the product. Very reasonably priced (about one third the price I've seen in beverage stores) and product was received two days after placing the order. As for the product, the GoBetter Wine Foil Cutter (pack of 2) is exactly as advertised - very easy to hold & easily cut the foil - even with my arthritic hands.

This is for the GoBetter [Pack of 2] Wine Foil Cutter, These work very well. Come in a nice box, would be worthy as a gift. It flexes a little for larger bottles and can be squeezed down for smaller ones. One reviewer said theirs did not have small wheel cutters. The ones I received had small wheel cutters. That is how the products is described too. This worked wonderfully, smooth cutting. Enjoy! Cheers!

Wow - these work great!

I've been using the foil cutters that come with wine openers like the Rabbit style hand held things and the battery operated ones. These foil cutters have ALL felt like they're dull and take a lot of force to use. Eventually the one I've been using most recently started failing to cut the wine bottle foil at all, and I stumbled upon these on Amazon. Wow! I cannot believe how well it works! No need to squeeze the livin' you know what out of the foil cutter - these cut so easily. And you get two of them in case the first wears out (I've been using it for a couple of months now with no degradation apparent). The come in a nice case too... I wish I'd discovered these foil cutters years ago. Art

I can remove the foil EVERY TIME!

Over the years, I have had several different foil cutters. Each and every one has been difficult for me - hardly ever cutting the foil on the first time. The first one of these I ever had I received as a gift. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! I can remove the foil without fail. Since I received these as a gift, I have given as a gift. Gave to my MIL, and she was so happy. She can remove the foil by herself, with minimal effort. Thank you for a wonderful product. Enjoy!

Great product

These were perfect for what I needed. We’d had a party and someone broke my other foil cutter that I had forever. Found these on Amazon, and they were perfect. I think even better than my original one. Deal was for two which was great. One for the house and the other for the travel trailer.

It Really WORKS - in just ONE rotation !

Five Stars for the "GO BETTER" Wine Foil Cutter from here - after trying several others' brands that turned out to be as poorly-made/flimsy as the (round) one that came with our "Houdini" rabbit-style wine bottle opener kit, I'd nearly given up hope that there was a quality version foil-cutter made or available anywhere, but other reviews for the "GO BETTER" cutter made me give it a try - and I'm glad I did - because it REALLY DOES DO A SUPERIOR JOB of cutting the bottle's foil, and in just ONE rotation of the tool ! ! ! . . . I'd definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a quality wine foil cutter, either for themselves or as a gift - you won't regret your purchase - Thank You, GO BETTER !

Best foil cutter ever!

I've used wine bottle foil cutters for years, from the knife type to this type but none have come close as far as quality, ease of use, and they come in a two pack. I've given my second one to a friend and he agrees, this is the best foil cutter he's ever used. It's very sharp, once around usually does the job, sometimes twice if the lip of the bottle has a slightly different shape. It was delivered quickly and in perfect shape.
