Corn Starch???

There have been some questions about this particular product and specifically because it does NOT specifically say "corn starch". Here are the facts. The are only three ingredients. They are: "Zea Mays (Corn) Starch*, Hydroxyapatite, Fragrance *naturally-derived ingredient". Zea Mays (Corn) Starch is the International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients (INCI) name for corn starch. Hydroxyapatite, also called hydroxylapatite, is a naturally occurring mineral form of calcium apatite. Fragrance is, well, fragrance and any chemical for it is not disclosed. The confusion must come from the lack of the words "corn starch" on the front of the bottle. Despite being distributed by Johnsons it appears that it might be manufactured outside the U.S. and that the label is largely in Spanish as well as English. But the ingredients make it plain what is in the bottle and it appears to be all cornstarch.

Will keep you dry better and longer than goldbond

I have gotten yeast infections and sores because, when you get down to it, my body stayed wet for too long in parts where skin didn't stay exposed to dry (pits, crotch, butt). Even goldbond wasn't keeping me dry. I actually got this for a baby but then someone else got something else so I kept it for myself. It has been working wonders. I'm so dry and the dryness lasts so long. I don't smell like sweat. It's wonderful.

Worth the buy

Great size for travelling. Easier to use due to the size, you never accidentally use to much. Keeps my son dry and keeps him from getting rashes.

Good value

It can be difficult to find Johnson's pure cornstarch powder in travel size for a reasonable price. Apparently, the answer is to buy them in multiples. Yes, there are 6, but I just put one in each bathroom, gave one to each daughter, and had one left for the car (great for getting wet, sticky beach sand off your feet).
