Love this! Super easy to make coffee with, one press of the button and you are good to go. If you like rich coffees with unique flavors this and the Nespresso coffees are a great choice. You can use the coffee and the espresso types in this machine and that is it. Coffee is about 7 ounces and the espresso is about 3 ounces. It has replaced the k-cup machine we had in the house because it is so small the favor offerings are much smoother and taste better. There are not enough good things I can say about this. Water is easy to fill and there is a catcher for the coffee pots (which can be recycled) both are easy clean and the machine its self is easy to wipe down.

My wife has wanted a Keurig coffee maker for some time. I didn't see why, as we have a great Cuisinart coffee maker and indulge often in local roasted coffees from Africa. But I was willing to try this machine, because it was also an espresso maker. So I splurged. I have had this for more than a month now and can offer these observations: 1. It makes great espresso and decaf espresso, for 85 cents a shot. As good or better than Starbucks, in my opinion. 2. What surprised me about the coffee however, is that it also imparts a crema foam head on regular coffee. This is great, if you like espresso style coffees. 3. In addition, I learned that the ALTO series is about a 14 ounce cup of coffee for about $1.35 a cup. Previously for a "big" cup of coffee I thought I'd have to go through two packs of normal sized coffee. 4. Finally I learned they have a Gran Lungo coffee which is equivalent to an Americano coffee for about $1.00 a cup. So my favorites after sampling already about $200 plus of Nespresso coffees are these: We both love Stomio which is a dark roast coffee. We love both the Altissio espresso and Decaf espresso. I've become a huge fan of the Fortado Gran Lungo which makes about a 5 ounce Americano espresso/hot water coffee. We have taken this machine to the beach for a week to have fun brewing coffees and we took it to the large family Christmas Brunch for express coffees. Everyone is amazed.

Love it! I found a great storage drawer for the pods at Pottery Barn and am thrilled with the way it all fits in my kitchen and with the quality of coffee/espresso. I got rid of my keurig because the coffee tastes terrible and now have my French press and espresso machine both in storage because I would rather drink Nespresso everyday!

Brings the coffee house coffees, into your home!!!!

I had been putting off purchasing this machine due to some reviews stating that the coffee was not hot enough. It turns out that most of those reviews were for the original models. The new Vertuoline machines seem to brew a slightly hotter cup than the original. Granted it is not so hot as to scald you but who drinks coffee that hot? When I received the machine I was first very impressed with how it was packaged. After unpacking it I was delighted to see that it came with a box of 12 capsules, 9 coffee and 3 espresso. All of various flavors and intensities, it also explained what made up each flavor and used a 1 to 11 number system to tell you how strong the blend was, 1 being the weakest and 11 the strongest. The bundle also came with a fabulous milk frothier. The initial setup is very easy to follow, it tells you how to do a first time use cleaning and how to brew your first cup of coffee. I prefer more of a latte when drinking my coffee so that gave me a chance to try out the milk frothier that came with the machine. First after inserting the coffee pod and starting the brewing process I was delighted to see how the coffee and foam actually separated just as seen in the videos on the website. It only took about 45 seconds to brew the coffee and the frothier took almost exactly the same amount of time to heat and froth the milk. Thus if you drink a latte coffee start them both at the same time to get the hottest coffee possible. For a latte I recommend using at least a 16oz cup or mug so both the coffee and milk will fit. I tried various flavors and intensities both with and without milk. Once I smelled the aroma, saw and then tasted various blends I was hooked!!!! The quality of these coffees are as good as it gets when home brewing. I have since retired my previous machine and will never be satisfied with anything less than my new Nespresso machine and coffees. If you truly love coffee house coffee then why not make them yourself at home. Save time and money!!!! Once you try this machine I am sure you will love it just as I do!!!!

Great 2-in-1 coffee/espresso maker that beats any K-Cup machine

Bottom Line: Great 2-in-1 coffee/espresso maker that beats any K-Cup machine. Also makes great espressos. This is the second Nespresso Vertuo Evoluo coffee / espresso maker that I own. The Good: - Great tasting coffee that can be served in a short amount of time. I brought the Nespresso machine to work and everyone has been commenting on how great the coffee tastes. -The milk frother is a great edition but I rarely use it since it takes so much additional time to use and clean up. The Bad: - From what others say, the espressos this machine makes aren’t as good as the espressos from the traditional Nespresso machines (the ones that can only use the small espresso capsules). That being said, I think the ones this maker makes are great. - Coffee aficionados will complain that the temperature of the coffee isn’t between 195-205 degrees, which is supposedly the ideal temperature. The temperature of the coffee is around 175 degrees and honestly it isn’t an issue for me. Things to Know: -The Nespresso pods from the original Nespressos will not fit this machine. You need the pods specifically designed for the Vertuo line. -The best tasting coffee from this machine is when you use an espresso capsule and then adding hot water to make it an Americano. -You can adjust the amount of water that is added for each serving. Once you adjust the amount, it saves your preference and will always give you that amount. I typically use a huge mug so I want more volume than what the default gives me. Quality hot coffee

After owning a keurig machine and being disappointed with the coffee as compared to using fresh ground coffee I was reluctant to get a Nespresso machine. After my wife ordered this my mind has been changed. The coffee comes out hot and after trying many types, most are very tasty. The milk frother works perfectly. Adding warm frothed milk helps keep the coffee hot. The frother also has a cold setting if that is what you prefer. The machine feels sturdy and not likely to break with long term use. I would highly recommend this machine to anyone who appreciates good tasting coffee.

We just purchased the Nespresso Virtuo machine by DeLonghi with the frother. Did much research and looked at many reviews. This is the first time I’ve reviewed a product. Doing it because my wife and I totally love this machine, frother and the results. Many people noted that the new vertuo pods are pricey. They are, but you won’t look back. Best. Coffee. Ever. Easiest system and well-made machine (Swiss made). We just returned from Sicily and this Nespresso combo offers a better cup of cappuccino every time. Also, the vertuo lineup offers so many awesome coffee styles, and the pods are recyclable. Really. We love, love this. Our best purchase in years. Our Keurig machine (Cuisinart) and all of our pods are boxed up and gone.

High quality Coffee and espresso maker with low cost, replaces coffee shops. Would highly recommend this product to anyone!

I have had other machines all of my life and finally switched to this machine. After a week of using it, I have come to conclusion that I will not be using anything else again. This machine provides a high quality coffee and espresso. If you did a blind taste test, I would not be able to tell the difference between this and the local coffee shop. It is cheaper than going out and provides the same high quality. I would highly recommend the Nespresso Vertuo Evoluo Coffee and Espresso machine to any coffee drinker out there.

We received our unit last week as promised and we love it! Easy to use and clean and not as loud as other units. Oh and... she looks soooo sleek :)

DELICIOUS COFFEE

Love it! Works so well. The coffee is sooo delicious. It’s creamy, frothy, and smooth like velvet. Great strong flavor. I really look forward to my coffee each day. The frother (the Aeroccino) is very quiet, and is so nice for hot steamed milk or half n half! Easy to use and clean...it’s great to have good quality coffee and with steamed milk & foam right at home. While I noticed in some of the reviews complaints about how noisy the Nespresso Vertuo machine is (and it is true, it’s loud), this doesn’t bother me, personally, in the least. After going thru THREE Keurig machines (I seem to have nothing but problems with those even when they’re still relatively new), I read reviews and researched before deciding on the Nespresso Vertuo - the Aeroccino paired with it sealed my decision - it is “the icing on the cake”. I am very, very happy so far with both my Nespresso Vertuo and Aeroccino machine. I have had the machines for a full month - and they are used multiple times a day every single day, so...so far so good. Long may it last. At the same time I ordered the machines, I ordered a variety pack of Nespresso capsules thru Amazon. We liked them all! I have already reordered (directly from Nespresso) more capsules...and my concern about not being able to buy coffee capsules in the market or at Sam’s Club (as I could coffee pods for Keurig machines) was removed by how easily I could reorder and how quickly Nespresso shipped my order. Nespresso also provides a recycle bag with postage already paid for shipping used coffee capsules back to them. That is a win-win for me! I highly recommend these for real coffee lovers like me & my family are.
