Nice Stand

This is a great stand: stable, sturdy, easily bears the weight of my projector. Only one thing: I wish it came with some assembly instructions.

Very Study and strong.

I bought this to use in holding my projector for my church's summer night movie events. So I am yet to use it for the purpose for which it was bought. But I have unpacked and assembled and I can say it is a very strong and study and I believe it will last forever...:). I think including an assembling direction would be great idea.

Great for my laptop. I’d read about people having problems with broken plastic parts and pieces that did not fit. That gave me some concern before ordering, but my experience has been perfect. Not worries here. Welds seem strong. Plastic parts seem robus for office use (who’s letting 50 lbs or small children stand on these things?!?!). Mine gets used every week to hold a laptop. If someone stole mine, I’d buy another without hesitation.

Sturdy and well built projector stand

I wasn't expecting much from this, but I was truly impressed with the build quality. It looks really well-built and sturdy and I have no concerns that this will hold up for many years. I am using this for a projector and it is portable enough to move around the house as needed but sturdy enough that I have zero concerns about the projector falling. I also like that it has several adjustment options which makes it easy for me to change the dimensions to suit various screen sizes.

Placing the pin in the spiral cut out is key to success

Pyle Pro Projector Stand, 30" to 55", (PLPTS7) Sturdy and well designed for use as a digital projector stand. Assembly of the platform to the tripod requires careful observation. It will go together several ways but only one way will provide the full function that it is designed to provide. I am using this stand with a desktop sized digital projector at displays and presentations.

MOVE UP

If your church, home, karaoke projector sits on a table, chair, cardboard box, little table with books, or different objects, holding it at the proper angle to project the perfect picture., then spend a little money and look professional. This stand would have saved me $350 in repairs because of my oddball engineering to get the perfect angle. Also it would be good for a 16 channel mixer. Now that i think about it i am going to get another to replace my music stand, which holds harmonicas, processor, extra picks, batteries, cords, maybe a drink and everything but sheet music. The edges around most of it will prevent stuff falling off.

Makes a Perfect Podium as well as Projector Stand!

This is a very solid projector stand. But I am using it as a lectern stand! However, the heights for the options are maxed out at 40 inches in height. This stand will adjust to a full 60" in height! But I was not sure how it would work as a podium. But to my pleasant surprise it is perfect! The projector plate adjusts to an angle of up to good sixty degrees. Perfect for a lectern stand. There is a .5" lip on plate that prevents my sheets of standard size paper from falling off. You could even place a hardbound family bible on it without any strain. Very sturdy, solid and yet, light enough to be portable.

Extremely well made and heavy duty in its construction! Excellent Product...

Wow...this is a very well made and heavy duty product. Extremely happy with this purchase and highly recommend. The "tray" threw me until I tried a couple different positions since it advertised holding any size notebook. I use a MacBook Pro on the stand and it didn't fit within the tray parameters--so a larger notebook or display unit sits on top of the tray 'walls.' This won't be an issue unless you plan on tilting the display shelf past 30 degrees...if you do that, you will need to secure it with something. This is built to last, however--one of the most pleasant surprises I've had in years of purchases with Amazon.

Good stand

Works great to position my projector properly for projector screen. Easy to assemble. No instructions, but it was obvious.

Great product - works on floor or a table

Great product- the projector I got with it sucked but this stand was awesome - 5 other presenters at the event asked to use the stand!
