Art supply's are expensive, for twenty dollars this is great. Yes it is flimsy, good for table top. In the art world you get what you pay for. This works great for me. I put it on a non sliding pad and place it on the coffee table. I remove the drawer while i work but return it when i am done. If not it would be in the way. Yes i recommend this to anyone who can not afford the 2 to 300.00 for an easel. Great for beginners or to travel with.

Beautiful piece of wooden sturdiness

I loved everything about it, its good looks, sturdy construction, built-in sliding drawer, and four-position angles. Perfect for this artist, laptop user, and journal keeper. Also, I could not believe the small price for such a beautiful and utilitarian "helpmate." I highly recommend it.

Just As Advertised

The closures and the drawer were unexpected pleasures! Easy to take any where and you can put your pens and highlighters in the draw so the are convenient. Extremely helpful for one who reads a lot to keep from getting a sore neck.

Perfect Easel for smaller projects

For the price, what a nice easel. The latches are a little cheap, but overall design and quality are there. Great for smaller portraits no larger than 8x10, postcards, or general sketching and painting. The design is quite eye-catching and a good value.

Well-made, durable, and beautiful finish!

This is the neatest little desk. My necessary art supplies fit inside the drawer and the easel tilts several degrees, so I can use it standing up or sitting down. It is well made, and absolutely precious! Was shipped quickly and was well protected during shipment. As an adult, I use this, but it would also be great for a child.
