Great product and an exceptional company!
I ordered this guitar on Prime Day 2017, and it arrived within 2 days as expected. The guitar, amp, and carrying case were perfect (especially for a beginner like me), but the remaining accessories were not in the box. I reached out to the company, and they responded quickly and fixed the issue. Not only am I happy with the purchase, but I am very impressed with the company...I would highly recommend purchasing this item, as I would definitely order it again!!!

Love the guitar
Love the guitar, loaded an free app on my phone so easily tuned it....the action or strings we're high but they supplied an small Allen wrench to adjust which was so easy...YouTube can assist a lot on any adjustments...the frets are amazingly level for this price!!! I just ordered 9 guage strings which are thinner and easier to play for beginners! Highly recommend!

Absolutely Beautiful Guitar! Excellent Sound! As Advertised! What a Deal!
I am over 50 years old, and thought I would begin to learn electric guitar. I didn't want to spend a lot of money as I am not sure if I will stick with it. Well.......this guitar intro kit is beyond what I was expecting. It's simply beautiful, and works fine. Once the guitar was tuned I began my on-line lessons and away I went. Honestly, I feel that I got the best deal; and I look at the guitar, amp, strap, picks, extra strings, etc....and I ask myself "How on earth did I get all this for less than $90"? I don't know, but I'm glad I did. So, if you're thinking about it, DO IT! You won't regret this little gem of a kit. Happy Guitar Playing!

Love it.
This product just arrived... For under 100 dollars this can't be beat I don't think... The action was not too high; I actually did a side by side comparison with my 1980s Fender Strat, it looks nearly identical, and definitely sounds different. I found the mid range was a bit more prominant with the Rockjam guitar, the tone switch does work, I have yet to mess with the tone knobs, the volume knob also works... For the price I expected much less out of this; I plan to donate this guitar to my workplace so we can play Rocksmith in the games room, I think this guitar will do the trick. The Amp: I have many amps, this one holds a candle to them. No buzz like I saw in other reviews, very clean, the distortion setting was kinda meh, but what can you expect, the clean tones however were very very vibrant and rich, especially on my Fender Strat, I do plan on keeping the amp for myself and using in the studio with various instruments.

Replace the strings, adjust the pickups, and it's great.
This is a playable guitar for under $70, and it comes with a free amp. The strings it ships with are awful; replace them with some brand name ones immediately. Also expect to adjust the height of the pickups. On an expensive guitar this would have been done at the factory, but that's too much to ask at this price point. With those two steps complete, the guitar sounds quite good! The body is solid basswood, and the neck is solid maple. It's quite light as electric guitars go, which I view as a plus, though that's a matter of taste. The amp works, but is frankly terrible. The speaker is tinny and weak. But as a freebie with a $65 guitar, I can't complain too much. It gets the job done, and it's decent for plugging headphones into for late night practicing. All in all, it's an amazing deal for a beginner who wants to dabble with the electric guitar without committing much.

Good for the price and starting out with no knowledge on the subject
The guitar is very light weight and solid. The only scratches are in the protective piece of plastic that peels off. It comes with an amp which sounds ok. A little static. I have 0 knwolage on anything guitar so I wanted to learn. This works good. Not expensive and is all inclusive. The only thing that is missing is a tuner but I downloaded an app GuitarTuna and it works amazingly. It also has games to help you learn and memorize the cords! So if you buy this and are looking to learn I would also get the app. Fantastic product and again it’s not the best/ top quality thing in the world but it’s very good for its purpose.

Wow!!
It doesn’t matter what your background in music looks like if you bought this “cheap” guitar, you will find out how good it really is. It’s perfect for beginners and good for that one song with that dropped tunning and on a gig it’s a hustle dropping your tunning mid gig. >:( Your buddy or nemesis musicians will also be amazed by the quality of this extremely low priced axe. I love it! It sounds and plays good. Not to mention its an awesome project guitar. So easy to mod and the parts are cheap too! Let’s be honest people usually don’t even change the pick guard on their fenders because theyre horrified by the thought of digging new holes on their wood. You won’t have that worry with this one. I replaced my pick guard for 8 dlls. It looks like what the millenials call fire. I’ve recorded with it and you can’t really tell if it’s one of this or a fender or what, specially if you own some good quality pedals. If YOU are in fact a beginner do some research on YouTube about INTONATION. Change the factory strings because that’s what you do and ALWAYS tune your guitar. ALWAYS!!!!

Impressive for the price
I've been playing acoustic for about 9 months and couldn't believe that I'd found an electric this cheap - and with an AMP! The amp isn't the most impressive but it works and is basically free... The guitar holds tune well enough for the price and I feel glad that I found it. If I get a lot of fun out of this one - I'll look into more expensive guitars. I'd highly recommend this for students or anyone who just wants to give it a shot. It's plug & play - fastest way to make friends with your neighbors ;)

Perfect to learn on
This thing is amazing for the price. No shipping damage whatsoever and beautiful. The cord, bag, and strap all seem pretty cheep but the guitar totally shreds. The amp is plenty loud for personal use and between the gain, tone, and pickup selectors you can get lots of different sounds. Just bought it to see how I like guitar and it’s perfect for just messing around with friends. If you want something serious this probably isn’t for you but if you just want to give guitar a try or need a “throw in the trunk” guitar, this is it.
