Lifesaver put this in my elderly moms home we put on our property anytime she needs us she pushed the button and let's us know made life easier for her .we had a issue with one unit the cord was having issues this was after months of use I contacted Hosmart sent them pics they sent me a replacement unit and were wonderful to deal with the units have been truly a godsend

This works - for reals!

We just moved into a 4 level, 3,700 sq ft haus with 2 teenage boys. Instead of yelling that dinner is ready, or for them to pick up their stinky socks in bathroom ... this product is AWESOME for communicating! Works great in all rooms! Going to get 2 more for the garage and tiki bar outside (where my hubby always is.) :)

When you really need to communicate at home...

The walkie talkie system is an easy way of connecting your house. My wife suffered a stroke in 2013. She cannot sleep in bed, but sleeps on our couch in the living room. I sleep in the bed room. If she needs anything during the night, she calls me on our house phone. However, she cannot see too well so she gets mixed up. With the walkie talkie system, all she has to do is press one button and gets the help she needs. Thank you for making this simple and easy to use communication tool.

Easy to use for my elderly parents

I bought this intercom system for my elderly parents 93 & 92 as they have separate bedrooms. This allows them to communicate during the night if one of them gets into difficulty and needs help. The unit was easy to install and easy for them to learn how to use (very important as my Dad has dementia and has trouble learning new things). It was also important there was a good distance range as they still live in a big house. I found the clarity of voice was good and the call alarm was nice and loud as Mum is a bit deaf. All in all, it fits the bill nicely. Now I can relax knowing that if there's a problem during the night then they're not left stranded without help.

The 5 star rating is premature because I just set it up today. I can say this........Set up was a simple breeze. I bought this for communication to a second house that's about 500 feet away. With trees in the way, I was concerned about the reception. It worked just fine! You really need to rate something about 3 years after you bought it.That's the TRUE test Today, I'm 100% happy with it.

Works very well , great price

I had a client request an intercom system to converse with the teacher who taught her special needs son in a classroom above the garage because like most people she stayed on the phone most of the time. Her desk is tucked away in the back of her house and the garage is a measures 450 feet from her office. Install was easy just plug and play and the audio was crisp and clear. No issues at all. It also has a very small foot print. I highly recommend this unit because of the above stated. Almost forgot. It's hard to beat the price as well.

Great Product

This little unit does everything I want it to do. Small, smart style, clear, easy to understand. I have a total of four units in my house. Only thing I don't like is I can't run it off my phone power packs.

Great performance in 2 story concrete house

The Hosmart's customer service is absolutely outstanding. We live on ocean front property with lots of commercial and pleasure vessel traffic. Every now and then, we would hear boat traffic over the intercom. I contacted the company who makes this product and they worked me through troubleshooting the problem twice. Later, the problem returned so the company promptly replaced the entire system via fast shipment. I can't say enough good things about this company. They are the best. The replacement system has never received unwanted signals. Performance in our house is excellent. It is as good as an old fashioned wired system. Before purchase, we were concerned about signal strength given the house is concrete (including many of the interior walls) and one station is on the first floor with the other station upstairs on the other side of the house. This is a straight line distance of about 70 feet. The signal is remarkably clear. It is easy to operate and is truly a, 'plug and play' system.

Good quality at long distance, 1300 feet and in motorhome.

I am living in my motorhome near my son's house for the summer and needed a way in which to communicate since the cell phone signal is poor up here in the country of Northern Minnesota. This system has clear voice transmission and never fails.

Good volume

It works. The volume is adjustable within a very useful range. I was getting some interference on "Channel" 1, so I switched to 2 and have had no further problems. I am a real customer and I don't accept free samples for any reason.
