Great Customer Service AND Great Product

This bag has so much room for everything you HAVE TO carry around for your baby. It's very comfortable to wear too. After using this product for 3 months, the front pocket's button (on the inside) has somehow broken off. Also, one of the arm/shoulder strap's adjustable, plastic piece has also snapped in half when being adjusted. I contacted HapTim and told them about the problems I had with my Diaper Bag. They immediately responded and were happy to assist me. I am receiving a replacement bag soon, as they have upgraded the durability and possible problem areas I have had trouble with. Great service and product!

Wonderful Organization

So here’s the scoop on this backpack: I have 7 kids so have used many diaper bags though the years. I looked at a ton of backpack style diaper bags and these are my thoughst: This bag seems to be of great quality. The zippers are the best I’ve seen. They open and close sooo smoothly! The pockets in this bag are superb. There are so many pockets both inside and out and they make it so easy to find what you’re looking for. The fabric looks expensive and like it will hold up well. I actually bought this bag for a plane trip we are taking with our 18 month old.The straps are very comfy and I love the stroller clips! This bag is definitely “daddy” friendly. In fact, in my opinion it is a bit TOO masculine for using as my everyday bag...but it will be perfect for long day trips and travel! This bag will be great to use as a regular backpack long after I no longer need a diaper bag as it does not look babyish at all. I believe this was a great purchase and I plan to update after using it longer.

Best diaper bag ever.. huge, organized, high quality.

This diaper bag is amazing. I initially purchased it so my husband could have a more "manly" bag than the Vera Bradley one I use.. but honestly we use it all the time when we are out and about and want the portability of a backpack. We are very active and social people, so being able to throw it on your back to go places is great. It is huge as well, I can fit 5x more stuff in here than in the Vera Bradley. Honestly, when we go somewhere, I can typically put all the baby's stuff in here as well as a few items for myself like a jacket and such. There are tons of pockets inside for organization and the bottle pockets are even insulated. I love the fabric and that it doesn't get dirty, it just wipes right off. It seems very sturdy so far, we are kind of rough on things and it doesn't have a scratch. The back and the straps are very padded as well so it is comfortable to carry around for hours if needed. My only complaint at all really is that when it's warmer weather your back gets pretty sweaty while wearing it, but that would be the case with any backpack. I definitely recommend!

Do yourself a favor and buy this bag!

I LOVE this backpack! I used a regular diaper bag for 2.5 years and I liked it. Once I had another baby I realized it was quite hard to try to carry my baby, the diaper bag, and hold my toddlers hand while walking into the store. I decided to try a backpack. I did lots of research online and the pocket placement in this bag seemed like it would be perfect for me and it is! Here is what I have in all the pockets: Front pocket- snacks Mid pocket- wallet, cellphone, keys, gum, coupons, water bottle for me if I need one, 2 pens, notebook, and crayons Back pocket- changing pad, sticker book, change of clothes for my 3 and 1 year old, diapers, wipes, toy bag for 3 and 1 year old Outside side pockets- sippy cup on each side (the pocket for wipes didn't work well for me) Misc small pockets - one holds chapstick and other one has antibacterial wipes Pros: • Amazing pocket arrangement. I love that there is a designated phone pocket and a place to hook my car keys so I'm not fishing around trying to find my keys. • Great price • Has clips attached to the bag that can hook the bag onto a stroller • Comes with a good sized changing pad • My husband doesn't mind carrying the bag Cons • The bag has a mesh pocket on the back and so the backpack doesn't lay as flat on my back as I would like, but after using the bag for a few months I don't even notice anymore. I didn't receive any compensation for this review. I just genuinely like my bag.

BEST BAG EVER I am experienced with traveling with two small children - alone. Let me tell you - you need to be organized and you need your hands free. I have had it on my back with my baby on my front whilst guiding a 3 year old through and air port - in and out of taxis. Very strong and comfortable. You can find everything quickly because of all the zipped pockets. I used the secret pocket (which is against your back when your wearing it) to hide my phone / passports which was extremely handy. The bag attaches to the stroller handle which I used everyday. The wipes come out of the side pocket - which I have used for many little emergencies. I have been to the zoo - the museum - parks - shops - you name it. And walked through heavy RAIN. Everything stayed dry. Love the changing mat too. Well done HapTim

Replacement diaper backpack

I had a smaller Hap Tim backpack that I used for an entire year and then packed up to take on a European adventure. I think being packed full on vacation was just too much for the backpack and the straps began to rip. I liked the backpack so much that I ordered this one (the larger version) as a replacement. So far so good! It has so many compartments and is big enough to hold any and everything you would need. It also stands up if you put it down on the floor to rifle through. I like the side pockets for wipes and whatever you need to grab quickly (car keys, etc). There's a front pocket/flap as well as a smaller zip pocket. There are two smaller more hidden zip pockets where you can put money, etc. The front pocket has insulated holders for bottles. I got the dark grey color and it hides dirt/grime well. It's also a great color for my husband to carry around and not feel like he is carrying a diaper bag. Highly recommend!

Great bag

Love this bag! I use to use a open style thirty one shoulder bag but switched to this. I was afraid the back pack wouldn't store as much but am pleasantly surprised. The style and color are also great, with comfortable straps. I was looking for something that would fit cloth diapers and this bag works well. I can easily fit 6-8 pocket diapers in the main section, which is plenty for a day trip. We also took it on a trip across the country and it worked as a great carry on, fitting plenty of snacks, toys, and outfits for the long flight.
