Well made and takes up little room

I love these strainers. I have thrown away my old h I be plastic collenders. These are made of very durable plastic.Throw away your large strainers and get these for more room in your cabinets.

Great Space Saving Product

I live in a small condo and am always searching for space saving alternatives when replacing any existing item. These are a great alternative to the large, metal colanders that used to take up so much cupboard space. I like the color, that they are BPA free, collapsible, and the three size options is a great benefit.

I love these!

Wow! For anyone in my newest situation - a tiny studio apartment - these puppies are insane. They collapse down to almost nothing, but do the work of 3 decent sized colanders. They take up almost no space and wash up/rinse off in seconds. Try 'em!

Reclaim space

These three have replaced my old metal one with room to spare. I will likely hang one from the loop once I have a spare command hook. Seems pretty sturdy.

Great Value for a Great Product

I just received this set over the weekend and have been able to use two of the three each one time. These colanders are very nice, have generous proportions, and collapse into very compact pieces that take almost no space to store. This last point was one of the primary reasons I purchased this set - I already have too much stuff and not enough space to store it all! I also needed to replace an aging colander that was at the end of its life. I did some research and discovered this set which had more pieces for a comparable price than other collapsible sets with only one or two pieces. Other review ratings added to my confidence. DURABILITY - These colanders are very sturdy and strong. They do not twist or contort, even when tested. They feel substantial when being held, as substantial as a molded, non-collapsible plastic colander. EASE OF CLEANING - My husband does our dishes, and he rinsed the colander, collapsed it, then put it into the dishwasher. Even being run through collapsed, the colander came out very clean. The creases created when the colander collapses are still wide enough to be sufficiently cleaned if it is folded in the dishwasher. There was no residue in the creases after they came out of the dishwasher. Of course, if dishwasher space were not an issue, then washing them in the open position would be prefered. EASE OF USE - These are super-easy to use, when opened, but that is the only sticking point to these that I have been encountered. The stiffness of the material in the bowl makes these a little difficult to open. Because they are so substantial, they are very sturdy when opened, but it does take a small bit of effort to pop these open. That is reassuring, as I am sure they will not fold up on their own during use. I think that, for someone with reduced strength, these might be a challenge. They may loosen up slightly after repeated uses, but I have not had time to evaluate that yet. I would highly recommend these colanders. I look forward to using them for many years.

Great product!

We downsized and divided into two residences. The smaller home has just three kitchen drawers and two shelves above the five ft counter. Space is of the essence. The collapsible feature of these colanders fit the space requirement. The bonus is the quality of the product plus three different sizes. If the product maintain its integrity after long term use, there should be more stars! I’ll let you know should anything change. April 2019: product integrity has maintained. No cracking or splitting of soft plastic.

Great way to save space

These work great and take up very little space. The only thing that I don't like is that the sides do not have any drainage holes in them, BUT that is what allows it to be collapsible. So if you need holes on the side then you may want to try something else, but these are perfect for me. I mostly use them to rinse strawberries and grapes.

Just what I needed

I love these! I most happy about being able to clean them so easily; no more picking food out of a traditional colander! And they collapse, so they can be easily stored!

Surprisingly sturdy

These are extremely light and fold down completely flat, so I was at first wondering how well they would hold up to our daily use. So far I am very pleased. They have a bright cheery color that blends well with our country kitchen motif.
