Don't wear skate shoes at work.

I'm on my feet 8-15 hours a day. These helped with the foot and ankle pain. I recommend not wearing skate shoes as an all day shoe for work. Sure they look nice, but at the end of the day you'll hate yourself. Get a good pair of sneakers or walking shoes.

I am a nurse, and I suffer from lower back pain and leg pain during and after a shift at work. I have tried multiple expensive shoes to fix the problem because I knew I was lacking support to the arch and heel in my foot. These insoles provided me the most incredible support that I have ever witnessed. I didn’t not have an ounce of pain or fatigue after my first shift of wearing them last night. I work 12 1/2 hour shifts. I will definitely buy again, and I read on the package that they have a satisfaction guarantee. My height is 5’9”, 158lbs, and I’m of slim/athletic build. I wear a shoe size 10 1/2, and my arch is about 1/2” from the ball and heel of my foot. UPDATE, April 2019... I've owned these insoles before and never had any of the problems listed here. They have plenty of support (especially for me- big guy 6'6" 300 lbs), and have typically lasted at least 1 year of heavy use.

Not quite a miracle cure but close

Excellent! I don't come close to the weight they show in their advert but these insoles provide really great support and have really helped the plantar fascitiis that was making my left foot more and more useless. If you need support and have high arches as I do you really should give these a try no matter what you weigh.

I'm 6ft 360lbs. Wasn't sure if these would hold up. Put on my shoes at 2am, take them off at 7pm, five days a week. Bottom of my feet would hurt daily. Since wearing these pads, I kidd you not, my feet have not hurt! Will purchase a couple of more. As I change shoes, i have been using the same pad from shoe to shoe. Don't expect pads to withstand to much use.

Loved them..

I purchased these for my husband. He is always wearing his work boots and at first he said they where an adjustment to get use to them. After a few days his feet got comfortable and now he doesn't notice them. They have helped him a lot with his legs and back. I didn't want to purchased them at first because in the label it says its for 250lbs plus, but the imagine it showed all the spots where my husband had been complaining. I took the risk and he felt bad thinking I was calling him fat. But we got a good laugh and they have been in his boots ever since.

FINALLY PAIN-FREE!!!

I never write reviews but felt compelled to do so for this product. I should mention before I start, these insoles are geared towards men, I think they even say "for men" and I am a WOMAN (get on that Dr.Scholl's there's big ladies in this world too!) That being said, I am obviously a bigger woman, my weight has fluctued over the years due to PCOS and Endometriosis. I have had foot pain as long as I can remember. I have tried at least 8 different "supportive" shoe brands and now, being in my 30's and a teacher on my feet all day the pain had become unbareable, until i found these insoles! They are for men's sizes so I trimmed them down to the smallest size, men's 8, woman's 10. I have been wearing them for 2 weeks now and when I get home and take my shoes off I AM PAIN FREE. I am completely gobsmacked! The only issues I have is that they are for men and in men's sizes, and they squeek a little when I walk but for me, I still gave 5 stars because I will take those slight issues any day over the pain I was in. Thank you Dr.Scholl's and get these in lady sizes ( it's 2019 ok? Lady power!)

Great product once broken in.

Bought these in hopes it would help my feet since im on them 13 hours a day. Afrer a week i noticed a HUGE difference. When i got home my feet felt great and stopped hurting almost all together.

These are the second pair of this specific insole I have bought, because there's no going back after you've tried these. The only reason I'm buying another pair is because my old ones are finally starting to wear out after a couple of years.

Great Product

my husband is a big man..6"1 220 lbs. Hes gaining alot of weight and it takes a toll on his back and hips. He also has sciatica..I looked and searched to find a reliable name to help him then i noticed these were these were made for a Big Man.I had to get them..They absorb the shock of his feet while working and standing on concrete all day. Now he good support and dont come home in nagging pain..
