Phone moved but still good product.
After a few attempts, I finally got it placed on my handle bars. I took it for a test ride and the phone moved around. When I got back I moved the holder to not so if the phone moved, it would still be in a good position. When I say the phone moved I mean the actual piece that holds the phone. I couldn’t get it to tighten enough to stay in place.

Good product
I bought this mount for an off-label usage, namely for mounting a security camera on an iron spindle on a patio railing of a balcony. This product exceeded my expectations. The grip is very good. I had no concerns about the camera falling and it held up under spring midwest thunderstorms without a problem. I have to imagine that it will perform even better for its intended usage.

Not disappointed at all
Bought this based off the cost and the rating. Not disappointed at all! Very excited to try this out. The only complaint I have is no instructions to ensure it's properly put together as it does coming several pieces in a small box. That being said, with a bit of fiddling, I figured out with ease and am ready to go biking this weekend with a place for my phone so I can listen to music while I ride!

this thing works and it is tough.
i've been resistant to bike mounts because they mostly seem to require shims or things you have to permanently install on your handlebar, but this thing goes on and off easily (ok, you have to turn the screw a fair bit), it holds my phone steady, and it's probably bombproof. i only say probably because i did not text it with any explosives.

Not universal - not suitable narrower handlebars - seller has offered to replace
Disappointing. The clamp comes with rubber inserts, or shims, that allow you to tighten the holder to the handlebar. You can add one or two. Even with two, the handlebar circumference is not quite enough to tighten all the way, so the holder eventually falls forward or backward after a little riding. Now I'm looking for a better shim but the size and design makes it tricky. Positioning the shims themselves is an awkward process at best. As for the part that secures the phone, I was never worried that the phone might fall out. The rubber is strong and flexible and seems completely reliable. But the whole purpose is defeated by the inability to tighten to the handlebar. They should provide at least one additional rubber shim, and really, just design the mount better. -- UPDATE - the seller has offered to send me an upgraded version. I will give a rating of 5 stars for now. If the new light resolves the problem, it will remain.

Great product overall
My wife has used this product for a few months now and its sturdy, and holds her iPhone XR with no issues, she is even able to take videos while bicycling. The product is really good and the extra holders makes it great in case the rubber band loosen up.

Great Product that is Performing Well
I purchased this product for my hybrid bike, which I commonly take on gravel roads, grass, over curbs, etc. I was a bit concerned because my phone, with case, is near the upper limit of the width accepted by the mount (3 3/8 inches). First impression when taking it out of the box was it was hefty! Good solid metal clamp. The phone fit just fine in the adjustable jaws, even with the case on. It has taken a bit of practice to get the four elastic loops around the corners, but I do it without thinking now. Early on hit a couple big bumps and the ball joint pivoted down a bit, but hand tightened it a bit further and no issues. I would definitely buy this product again!

Great value! Works well.
My husband uses this for his longer bike rides. He loves that the mounting is metal and keeps his phone secure even on rougher rides. He like that he can angle the phone any direction. One thing to note is that he has an iphone 6plus and this may not hold anything larger than that. All in all a good value and it is holding up. We will see what the future holds.

Works very well
Was shocked to see how well this works. The idea of my thousand dollar phone being held onto by a little rubber?? But it works and works great!

Works well on a bicycle in NYC. Secure and stable.
I put this on a Sirrus Specialized and I used it during the Discover Hudson Valley bike tour, as well as around New York City. I've hit some pretty good bumps with the phone sitting in this (I have a Google Pixel 2 XL which is a tight fit, but works with Active Edge turned off in the settings) and haven't had any issues with the phone getting loose. It's pretty great.
