Perfect size & great quality

Perfect individual size tart pans. Nonstick and comes out easily. I ordered 2 sets and have already used them twice. I made a shortcrust pastry and they absolutely slide right out. No need to spray or use anything. Love the depth of the pastry so you get a good balance of filling to crust. Now all I need is the rectangle ones! Definitely recommend they're heavy not thin very good quality. I'm using them again today.

Absolutely perfect for making quiches & tarts - have used them loads since I brought them. Having removable bottoms makes a world of difference - so easy to get stuff out. Washes well in the dishwasher.

PHENOMENAL PANS

I absolutely love these. There was admittedly a learning curve due to how shallow the pans are, so you really need to watch the thickness of the crust. However, the non-stick coating and the pop-out bottoms make removing even thin, fragile crusts a breeze! They also stack down SUPER small, so you need less cabinet space for several sets of these than you would for a single coffee mug. These will get plenty of use during holiday baking this year!

Tart Shells that are Perfect !!~!~!!

-These tart pans are just what I needed and work perfectly to produce gorgeous all butter tart shells, for "Crostata" , Italian Jam Tarts....Here the shells are cooling before filling.....6 minutes 2nd lower rack and 6 minutes 2nd upper rack makes perfectly baked shells!!!!!. The holes are important for thorough baking!!! And miniature canape cut outs for alternate crust design.

My daughter saw these in my kitchen and said she bought the same ones! Sorry I haven't used them for tarts yet but found the fluted frame perfect when making blueberry small pies for a fund raiser bake sale. I used the fluted frame for cutting out pie crust for the top part of the pie using disposable 5" pie plates (from Amazon).

LOVE these, separates easily after baking

I've used these several times now to make savory and sweet single serving size tarts. I love the size and it's perfect for everyone to each get one. I've been greasing them before putting in the dough but it might as well have been nonstick because of just how slick and smooth they slide out. This product is definitely worth the hype and the reviews. Love it!

Absolutely terrific!

Heavyweight, stackable, bottom pops out. There is nothing bad to say about these pans. Except now I have to buy more! I made ham and cheese tartlets this weekend and they came out perfectly.
