great for freshening up your shoes

My husband is a high school teacher and is on his feet all the time. However, we don't really have the money to buy new shoes as quickly as he wears them out. We buy these once or twice a year to refresh the soles of his shoes and keep them more comfortable on his feet, and then clean and polish the outer leather - and it's like a new pair of shoes!

They do work!

I’ve been having problems with fatigue in my feet and legs. I work at home, but am on my feet almost all day. Put these in my sneakers; to be honest, there was no “this feels great” moment, but I wore them all day. Didn’t realize til I took them off last night, I had no fatigue at all. My feet/legs felt fine. Major win! They are very thin, so I’ll have to see how long they last. But for the price (half the cost of what my grocery store was charging), replacing them every so often seems doable.

Let's you walk longer

Bought these for walking around in leather boots with a heavy lug sole while on vacation. I walked about 6-11 miles everyday on hard pavement for 10 days and these worked extremely well. My feet were still tired and achy at the end of every day, but I definitely wouldn't have been able to walk as much as I did without the extra cushioning. One thing to keep in mind, these make your shoes fit a lot more snugly and they may not work at all with some shoes. They worked with my boots and wool socks but just barely.

They are so good.

These are so good! My Dr Martens insoles were running thin and causing me a lot of pain but they boot is still in good condition so I bought these to get me through the winter season, worked like a charm/better. They stayed in and didn't slide around, are easy to cut down to your size and install. I forget I even did that half the time until I'm putting them on and see the blue.

These have changed my life

I work a typical full-time job that requires being on my feet for long periods of time some days, so the support of my shoes is incredibly important to me. I have made the mistake too many times of wearing cute but unsupportive shoes during a particularly active shift which leaves me at the end of the day cringing at the tightness in my lower back and sprawled out on the couch with a heating pad pressed to my aching muscles. Unfortunately I have quite a few shoes on my rack that are unsupportive, which in recent months has severely limited my choices of what to wear to work. I bought these inserts on a prayer that it would help - and it did! I can now wear almost every pair of shoes on my rack ALL DAY LONG without even a twinge of pain in my feet OR my back! These things are heaven in my shoes!! Out of the package, they are super easy to use (there are guides on the bottoms for roughly where to cut and adjust due to your shoe size, so no guessing or fear of screwing it up). I can't believe I haven't looked into these before, but I'm so glad I have them now! When I wear these pair out I will definitely get another. Amazing product!

So confortable

This is my third purchase. I'm going on vacation and will be doing a lot of walking. These inserts are so comfortable and easy to adjust to my shoe

Saved my shoes!

This isn’t like the usual gel pads you put in your shoes it replaces the whole bottom insole. They are so cool. I walk really hard on one side of my heel and thought I’d have to throw away my favorite Nike running shoes because the memory foam gave out after a few months. $10 and it’s fixed and feel better than the actual memory foam. The sizing was perfect (I wear a 9) so I just cut along the #9 line and had brand new insoles. Excited to go for a run and see how they do.

Made My Shoes Much More Comfortable

I've never used Dr. Scholl's inserts before so I was a bit concerned about how to cut them down to size. I technically needed a 7 1/2 but the markings were only whole sizes. To be safe I cut it along the size 8 first and that naturally was too big so then I cut them to size 7. They fit fine that way and when I compared them to the inserts that came with the shoes I was astonished. The old inserts were very hard and stiff, but Dr. Scholl's are great. Glad I made the purchase.

Great Comfort

These inserts are wonderful. I recently purchased lighter weight Adidas running shoes and liked them although the support wasn't quite enough for me. I picked a pair of these inserts up and they are perfect! The gel conforms to the sole of my foot with just the right amount of cush. Grateful I found these and will definitely buy again after these wear down.

Dr. Sholl's for 8 hours per day

Purchased to replace the insoles that came with my new balance walking shoes. I wear these shoes 5 days a week at work where I stand for 8 hours per day. The Dr. Sholl's insoles were simple to trim the size down with normal scissors. They required a little wiggling in order to get the toe end in place but have stayed in place for over 2 weeks now. Overall, my feet only complained for the first transition day and have been fine since then. Dr. Sholl's basically restored my shoes!
