These pegs are perfect for my 2

These pegs are perfect for my 2.5 year old daughter. She's in the process of learning her shapes and colors and each color is a different shape which has been extremely helpful. The pegs can be used individually or stacked and my daughter loves the variety of how to play with these! This toy keeps my very busy and active daughter entertained and maintains her interest. Even my husband commented how nice it is and loved that it can all be nicely packed away in its own bag! Would highly recommend!

My children love it!

My 5, 4 and 2 year olds love this peg board puzzle! They have been playing with it nonstop since it arrived. The colors are very vibrant, and the shapes will reinforce what I am teaching them. I love, love, love the included carry bag that comes with it. There is something special about having puzzles that can travel easily! Mommy approved for sure.

Not just for kids!

I bought this for my 91 year old mother. She is recovering from a stroke. She is having cognitive issues and I thought this would be good for fine motor, sorting, following directions and visual memory. She is making progress.

Awesome Fine Motor Skills Toy!!!

I have an 18 month old with a fine motor skills delay and his OT introduced us to a version of this toy. This one is even better and he loves it! The different shapes and colors make this toy interesting and unique, the peg board allows for enough resistance for pushing, the pieces can be put on the ends of his fingers to encourage pointing...and plus they are a lot of fun to throw. So many ways to play! Even the drawstring bag offers a challenge to open and shut. It’s a great toy and I highly recommend this to any small kiddo that likes this type of play. We’ve bought 2 more toys from this company too!

Great educational toddler toy!

This is a great stacking and fine motor toy for my little guy! He loves it and that means I love it too....He is too little right now for learning the shape names but we have been working on colors and making towers. A great fine motor skills and educational toddler toy!

Versitile

This learning toy has the potential to be used for a variety of educational activities including sorting, stacking, color identification, shape identification, and other creative games. The pegs are big and so do not pose a choking hazard for little ones. My only concern is that the foam board may not hold up for the long run but that remains to be seen.

Daughter with autism loves it

We bought this as a Christmas present for our autistic daughter. She’s into playing with puzzles and lining her toys up in some pattern or another, so we were hoping this would be of interest to her. It obviously was lol. She enjoys playing with this set and that’s all we wanted so 5 stars. We recommend this set for anyone with children that enjoy puzzles, stacking, colors, shapes, patterns, and the like.

Great learning toy and good value

This is a great item for several reasons: learning colors (which are bright and not questionable, i.e. purple is really purple), learning shapes, and fine motor skills. It encourages independent play. I bought this for my grandson's birthday and he was delighted when he opened the carry bag (yes, it comes with a storage bag!) and pulled out this toy. He is 2 years old but his older sister liked it too. I thought the cost was reasonable for what all you are getting.

Fun & Educational Activity for Toddler

This toy has been one of my 2.5 year old son's favorite Christmas gifts this year. We have a closet full of "activities" to keep him busy and while I was cooking dinner the other night, he had quietly gotten this from the closet, opened the bag and was pulling the pegs out and stacking them one by one on the board. Each peg he pulled out he was trying to identify the shape and color! Despite all the other (battery-operated) toys full of flashy lights and noises he received for Christmas from family and friends, it made me smile when he chose to play with this one. Great purchase and I look forward to him playing with this for years to come.

Every Child needs This “Toy” Play is how we learn.

14 years ago I was a Kindergarten Teacher. I had these in my classroom. (Purchased with personal money, left for the replacing Teacher). Because of illness I had to leave after 17 great years. The kids enjoyed learning with several sets of these. (28-30 in a class) I’m the facilitator of knowledge, an inner brain development surgeon. I know how to get good use from manipulatives. These, the kids became the Teacher, I learned from them many ways to sort, patten, count, add, ... so much more!! all important “hands on learning” through play essential for learning. This is appropriate for kids of many ages. I bought these as the Christmas Gift for our youngest grandson (12 grandkids). He’s 3. Lives a long distance from us. I’ll update if this little guy comes up with some brilliant ideas to learn while playing with these. I miss my kindergarten kids. Pain GO AWAY so I can play.
