Great product and worked great. Exact fit for my for expedition 2000 and is nice having my rear hatch and rear window opening and closing again. Highly recommend this product. These are not easy to install, very difficult, unless you have experience with auto body repair. I worked several summers in an auto body repair shop while in college for the experience. With experience the install took me about an hour for both cables. You can order them and have a local auto body repair shop to install them for you.

Perfect fit for my ‘98 Ford Expedition

Tried using the metal end replacements on the existing cables but they made the ends too large to be functional. These replacement cables worked perfectly on my ‘98 Ford Expedition. The tailgate and rear window both needed new cables and the back of my SUV is once again accessible!

Works like a charm

Ordered two of these for my 2000 Ford Expedition, as you need one for the door and one for the window. The window cable was a nightmare to replace but that’s not the cables fault just the design of the truck. But both cables work perfectly and door and window is now fully operational.
