Great unit, great charts without having to pay extra

Excellent unit with incredible resolution and accuracy. The fact that Garmin "owns," the mapping and charting business was important, and the fact that you do *not* have to buy an extra package to get the most detailed charts for your lake is awesome. Also, as a software engineer type, I like Garmin's software interface and the diligence of their customer service (I have other Garmin units that I've needed assistance with unrelated to this purchase). Their customer service is above bar.
