LOVE THIS! I did a lot of research on which Nespresso to buy. This one was so easy to use and I use it every day now and we love the coffee taste. (YUM!)

If you like good coffee ,and by good i mean it stops time every time you take sip, then buy this machine. The quality of the materials used is excellent. The little holder for you cup is actually made out of some metal and gives it e very luxurious appearance. The machine is easy to use. Coffee coming out of the machine is pure gold. Every coffee looks just like the pictures and the test is outstanding. We don't even know why we waited so long to get a Nespresso. This is next level coffee that not only wakes you, it puts you in an emotional state of happiness so that you can conquer the day regardless what is coming your way. Pure enjoyment and satisfaction.

Serves amazing tasting coffee... says my wife.

Bought this for my wife and she really loves it. Says it makes the best cup of coffee and it tastes amazing. It spins the heck out of the pod to extract the fresh coffee. Keep in mind it uses the newer dome-shaped Vertuo pods. They work only with this style maker and the older style Nespresso pods are not compatible.

Gives a new dimension to drinking coffee

We have had a Keurig machine in our office for many years after having a number of those dreadful drip machines. Nothing wrong with Keurig but amazed by this Nespresso and their range and quality of coffees. The footprint (10" x 9") of this model is compact. Was tempted to take it home for the weekend! My only criticism is that the power cord somewhat short 30" (Our Keurig machine 60"). I have not given a durability rating as only had the machine for a few days.

Great except for when parts break. UPDATE: Nespresso eventually agreed to fix it!

**UPDATE** My husband called Nespresso back and the new customer service rep immediately agreed to fix our machine. Perhaps the first rep was just cranky. Who knows. But, Nespresso fixed it and it’s working beautifully again. Great if you don't care if parts break. We have our Nespresso and love it. Sadly though, one of the track holes for the adjustable cup support cracked (we have no idea how) and we can't use that level now -- it's the top one we use for the espresso cups. We've had the machine for 5 months. We called Nespresso and they said the adjustable cup support isn't under warranty. Really, Nespresso? How convenient that you don't guarantee the parts you know are poorly designed . . . So, just a warning for you other consumers out there.

Wow, good espresso

The crummy part of good coffee is all the mess. I love this because it is so clean and easy. Don’t need a milk frother. Wonderful crema and microwaved milk create the perfect latte, Much less money than any cafe (including mcd) ....double tall for less than 1.50 including milk. (Buy double shot capsules from nespresso). Can’t beat it.

Absolutely fantastic!

This was a birthday gift from my wife and it is my favorite gift in quite a while. The coffee is smooth there are plenty of choices. You can order directly from their site and they ship orders over $50 for free. Stock up because you are going to love it! The spinning system puts a delicious layer of Crema on top of your brew and it is worth it just for that. There are pods that make full to go cups, regular cups and espresso as well as double espresso... It's a perfect cup of coffee. Also, the pods are aluminium and can be recycled but most places will not take them because of the organic matter in the middle... so Nespresso gives you envelopes to fill and ship to them to recycle! 100% worth it.

So excited when I received this yesterday. My friend had a nespresso machine and after she made me a cup of coffee I had to have my own. I was skeptical on the price but this machine makes such delicious frothy coffee. The coffee blends Nespresso has are so good and such a variety. The machine makes some noise when brewing but it's not too loud. The cup tray height is adjustable to accommodate different cup sizes which greatly reduces splashing if you're using a short fat cup or an espresso cup. I really like that the machine disposed of the cartridges into the side container for easy disposal. There is a nice coffee variety pack that comes with the machine so you can sample some of their coffee blends. Over all I'm just really happy with my investment and look forward to making coffee every day.

Great machine, top choice for Vertuoline

Awesome. Better than I expected. I augmented an OriginalLine Nespresso with this, and it's beautiful. Perfect Temperatures, perfect thick coffees with a thick 'head' and great espressos (even though it's strictly speaking a foam head versus cream). Really like it. Wish it had the motorized head like the Vertuoplus, but this is a beautiful machine that works perfectly. Made in Switzerland (current batch).

So far so good. Easy to use.

This thing makes terrific espressos and is really easy to use, at least for basic functions. It came with 8 different coffee and 4 different espresso capsules. No measuring the water - the machine knows exactly how much water to use based on the code on the capsule - there is only one button to press. I haven't tried adjusting the water volume for the capsule type but the instructions make it look pretty easy. It wasn't immediately obvious, to us anyway, about the two clear plastic reservoirs. The one on the left is for the water. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that the one on the right is where the machine chucks the spent capsules when you open it to put in the next one. Really clean and convenient - you don't even have to touch it. So far there are about 7 capsules in there so it looks like it'll hold about 30 before you need to empty it. It makes a really rich foam for the espressos. If the machine is cold, you need to wait a minute to get a coffee, but if it's still hot from the last one it cranks out the next one almost immediately. Only thing that irked me a little was that the adjustable stand for the cup needs to be secured well - it can SEEM to be in place, but then when the weight of a full cup is on it it can fall off. You need to make sure it's on good. Update - had it about one month and I'm really happy with it. Still always re-checking the stand if I've adjusted it to make sure it's on. It's probably made 150 coffee/espressos by now and it's chugging along fine. I always fill it (or any coffee maker) with distilled water, as the scale buildup with distilled water is zero, and you can go much longer before a cleaning cycle.
