Highly recommeded
I like it. Comparing a price from other brand it is much cheaper. I use my 17 inches laptop and 21 inches monitor. It is sturdy, easy to change positions. Can not compliant anything. I made a good choice trying a VIVO. Great job bring a quality desk in a such affordable price

Excellent product and customer service!
I always take my time when making a big purchase and I like to do my research. I read reviews and consider prices before pulling the trigger. This is a great find. I had been interested in investing in a height adjustable standing desk and did not want to pay $450....I found the VIVO option to be a much more reasonable price and am very glad I pulled the trigger. I had it shipped to my workplace, which was smart because it is heavy. I was able to place it on my desktop myself and assembly was easy (it's really just two non-slip feet you screw in). I have two large monitors on it and am really impressed by the amount of working space I have. I'll snap a few pictures when I return to work on Tuesday and upload. Initially I did have an issue raising it for the first time. There are two knobs located in the back that control the pressure of the hydraulic. I knew this by reading the reviews on Amazon. The problem was, I didn't know if I was supposed to twist left or right and I continued to not be able to lift the desk. I reached out to VIVO directly, and they responded right away. I eventually asked my coworker to lift on one side while I lifted on the other and it worked! It was user error on my part, I was trying to lift it toward me instead of straight UP. It is a bit heavy at first - but as I've now used it three full days, I find it easier and easier to lift. I love being able to stand throughout my long days at work. I love that my keyboard is lower than the desktop space. I love the little 'tray' provided for my glasses and pen. Quite a few coworkers have stopped by to inquire about the adjustable desk and I have highly recommended it to all of them. VIVO, thank you for getting back to me so quickly with my question. Your customer service has been top notch. It's really nice making a larger purchase when knowing now that everyone has been friendly and helpful. I simply cannot recommend you and this product enough. Two thumbs way up with no regrets.

Varidesk move over for Vivo
This product is fantastic! It is not too often I take the time to write a product review, but this one I felt something should be said about how very pleased I am with this product. Especially where there was only one other product review for this item and I basically took a chance with buying this because of it. This item is very heavy .... especially when it first came and I had to pul the box up the stairs by the straps on the box. You get a workout. However once out of the box was able to lift it up and place on my desk no problem. It is well built. Quite sturdy Definitely NOT flimsy anywhere. Ready to use right out of the box once you cut the ties and remove the styrofoam. Perfect for dual monitors In my case one very large lap top and large monitor fit very nicely Plenty of room if you want to use a regular mouse too. Many settings to raise to your level that you desire. Locks in place immediately. Easy to press levers to change levels...yes with my computer equipment on top! Up or down it was Very easy and this demonstrated just how very sturdy it is. I have been reading product reviews for similar products such as varidesk and others for a few months but the cost was just too much for me to "invest" in such an expensive item. This was more affordable to me. Do buy this you won't be sorry. I am so thrilled with this.

Amazing. Get up
I am a nurse formerly in the ED but took a desk job a year ago. I was definitely no used to sitting 8+ hours 5 days a week. I made it 10 months somehow with out this desk but never again. They must have fixed the keyboard breaking problem that some report. The keyboard feel like plastic instead of particle wood. Everything feels super sturdy. It is pretty heavy with it being so sturdy but obviously you don’t want your computer to tip over. My coworkers are jealous and keep saying they are going to get one. I feel much more energetic when I get to stand. The one thing I would change would be to have the keyboard swivel and fold in but it also is awesome without it soo. Half the price of “name brand” desk, 100% the quality. Thank you!

Keyboard tray has been redesigned not to fall off
The manufacturer has addressed a common complain of many of the 1-star reviews, which were about the keyboard tray falling off. Apparently, in the old design, it was only secured with screws going directly into the particle board and having to directly support the full downward force, which of course, it couldn't. The one I received in late 2017 had a different design, in which the keyboard tray rests on top of the steel bracket, so all of the weight will be borne by the bracket, instead of the screw & wood. Likewise, the bracket connects to the desktop's steel frame, so there is virtually no way this is coming undone.

Not worth it!
Update: I got a refund of my full amount from Amazon. Since I reviewed a 'wrong item' I am going to give full 5 stars so I don't bring down their ratings. For now I put off my plans of buying a standing desk. ---------------- Update: While I was reading other reviews I noticed that the customers' images doesn't look like mine and no where it says VIVO. Then I noticed the package doesn't say the model number 'DESK-V000B' or 'VIVO' anywhere either. So I may have a counterfeit item. If the actual manufacturer is reading this review they better make a note of it and act appropriately. I called Amazon and complained about it so they're looking into the issue. -------------- I don't understand how this product got all these 5-star reviews. Here are the things I noticed that earned 1 star to this item: 1) In sitting position, it is hard to move hand from keyboard to mouse (and vice-versa) without hitting the bottom metal part of the desk. At the end of the day your wrist becomes sore after repeatedly getting hit and it is not a pleasant experience. 2) There are 3 feeble suction cups at the back of the desk that holds the desk in position while you're switching modes. The suction cups lost their suction after 1 week of use. Now I hold down the bottom part of this desk with one foot (yes another foot on the floor) and raise the desk with two hands (you need both the hands to raise it). I even considered clamping it down to my actual computer desk if everything else is good. 3) Now in standing mode while using the mouse, your hand continues to hit or scrape against the top edge of this desk making a sore wrist inevitable regardless of the position. I had considered buying some padding to workaround that. Btw, I never had to worry about getting padding for my keyboard or mouse in the past 20 years of working on computers. 4) Icing on the cake... here is what I received from the seller when I tried to return the desk after 1 week of usage: ------------ Seller comments: Hey, I understand that you wish to return this product however, we can not accept return based on your return reason as per the US Government policy on hazardous goods. I really appreciate your cooperation and wish you a great day ahead! Thank you, Caroline, PSJ Retail ----------------------- Stay away from this desk. Not worth it!

This is a very nice standing desk
This is a very nice standing desk. My boss has one but hers doesn't have a tray for the keyboard and so she has to put the keyboard up on the same platform as they monitors, which reduces the ergonomics of the design. This design is very comfortable to use, when the monitors are raised up to a comfortable position, they keyboard is also at a comfortable height to use. It easily accommodates my two monitors (19" and 20") with room for speakers and other items. It is a little heavy to lift up from the lowered position. The hydraulics assist, but it's a bit of work. Lowering the unit is easy, of course. This might be a little difficult for a child or a smaller woman to raise. The unit came largely pre-assembled. The only assembly required was to attach the little rubber bumpers on the bottom, two tabs on the bottom, and to install the keyboard tray. The written instructions were easy to understand. The only required tool was one allen wrench, which was included. It was 52 lbs packaged, and the packing was very good. The box got a little beat up in transit but the desk was well packaged in styrofoam and totally protected. The only downside I've found about this unit is they would not ship to Alaska, where I live, so I shipped it to a freight forwarder to get it here.

GREAT Standing Desk!
What a great way to get off your butt! Been having back problems off and on. Tried using a ball which didn't help much, tried a different chair or two which didn't help much but now that I can stand. WOW, what a difference it has made in my day. Thank you VIVO for reasonable priced standing desk that does everything I need. Had a few screws stripped under the desk, probably from shipping but VIVO is on it to resolve it ASAP. I plan on telling others about VIVO. Just a quick note that the keyboard area is NOT adjustable but wouldn't take much to be able to make it adjustable. I have put 3 monitors 19 inch on the desk and table goes up and down very easily. Just make sure to use cable tie and maybe another tie to keep cables from getting munched under levers.

Makes it easy to stand or sit
A great product. I'm 5' 11" and it goes up and down without much effort at all. I can stand or sit whenever I want. It is 36 1/2 inches wide. You need room on each side to reach the handles to move it up or down. When it goes up, you pull it toward yourself. When you lower it, you push first and then it starts to go down and the handles move as it is lowered. You need 24 1/2 inches front to back. This is day 2 with the unit. This is my third attempt at a standing computer setup. The first I built out of wood for free and it was only up. Then I bought a unit that did go up and down but not easily. It was on a vertical pole. It wasn't expensive. This VIVO unit costs more but no where near what the well-advertised one costs. Don't spend more. It comes pre-assembled but you must install it. That means unpacking, reading the instructions, moving the heavy unit to the desired spot, and getting someone to help you lift it onto a strong, well supported surface. The plain white surface the monitor sits on is large. It is perfect for putting so many things on it that you will create a cluttered mess in no time. Isn't that what flat surfaces are for?
