One of two came without electrical connection!!!

I ordered two trees. One came with electrical connections and we are very happy with it. The second one came without any ability to connect it. I still haven’t had any resolution to this issue. Reported the problem early Dec. 2018

Good design

Have had this tree outside for a few weeks now and it continues to work well after several rain storms. Needed to brace it with some white zip-ties to handle the Texas wind, but the branches and lights hold up well. Particularly appreciate the supplied long power cord.

How do I get it to light up?

I just received the tree today. I wanted it to decorate for different holidays. But I can't get it to light up. Is there some thing that I'm not doing? The directions seem quite simple.

Pretty tree and great quality

Very nice quality and overall look - will keep this out (inside my home) year-round.
