I bought one of these on a whim and to my surprise I discovered that I absolutely love them! They are tasty, good for me, and have saved me from constipation. TMI, I know, but "perfect poop" people! I saw an gastro about 7 weeks ago who had me on lots of Metamucil and stool softeners. I dont have to take any of that when I eat these. My gut feels balanced - no bloating or irritation (IBS). I'll have try some of the other flavors as well.

I'm NOT a fan of chia - can't stand them in puddings, etc., but this is yummy! Nice snack size (some said it's too small, but hello, it's not a meal replacement bar or anything like it), sweet but not full of sugar (4g-5g in each bar). So far I've had the cinnamon apple and the vanilla bars and I could easily eat my way through the entire box. Better than candy and much better for you! Tip: eat the bar and drink a full glass of water. It's definitely filling once the seeds expand.

After trying Health Warrior's Chia Bars in Vanilla Almond, there was no question I would try the Coconut as well when I discovered them. I was not disappointed. Some time ago, I decided to reform my sugarholic ways and begin eating as healthy as I could. Not only to lose the extra 20 I've been lugging around for about a decade, but to have more stamina and just feel better. These delicious chewy little Coconut Chia Bars helped so much in that goal! I can eat these guilt free, and I no longer crave candy. I have discovered that the better I eat, the better I feel and I have so much more energy now with healthy snacks from the Health Warrior line. I have searched for years, trying to choke down chalky protein bars I hated, and finally here discovered something that helped me transition from unhealthy to healthy eating. These are just slightly sweet, not overly sweet, and not bland like popular protein bars. They are chewy, and because of the fiber content, they actually help me feel full, too. Try these coconut chia bars - if you love coconut, you will not be disappointed.

Quality ingredients in a very flavorful tiny bar. I already ate 2 and could eat more very easily. Their nutty, chocolate flavor is a smoothe blend of other ingredients. A bit like a mild fudge. They're very tasty! But at the current price for such a small bar - That'll be a luxury treat once in a while. I wish they could be bought in bulk...to cut the costs. The dark chocolate cherry chia bar is delicious! I think all those who might want to buy more would do so more frequently then. Very 😋! New review- still good BUT can't afford the coconut or chai berry bars anymore. Was going to buy again. Last price was $13 + for very small bars. Then a new price $10 or $20 more was stated. Is that a typo error?? I can no longer enjoy them often.

Ok, so I was totally blown away by how tiny these are. TINY!!!!!! Like about 1.5" x 2.5" x 1/4". Ya feel me?? That being said, these do have redeeming qualities. The texture I love- rather hard but chewy and crunching through the chia seeds. Satisfying in that way. And they are actually surprisingly "filling"/ satisfying as far as keepint the hunger and cravings at bay... longer and moreso than you would think from this tiny thing. The flavor is very mild and not very sweet (both perfect for me, as nothing disgusts me more than a "nutrition" bar that is overpowering and icky sweet- like ONE bars). I liked all of the flavors in this pack aside from the Apple Cinnamon. In their defense, while I LOVE apples, I'm not a huge fan of apple-flavored things. So, I'll be ordering these again but maybe not the variety pack bc of the apple cinnamon again.

I’ve purchased these cherry/chocolate Health Warrior bars a few times now, and I love them. Chia is an all-around healthy food and a great source of fiber, and this is an easy way to get more in my diet. The bars are TINY, so it’s only a snack and not a meal replacement. They’re also quite expensive unless you can catch the occasional Amazon sale. But I adore this tasty, healthy, portable snack and will always be back for more! (But caution: be sure to check your teeth if you’ve got anything important going on after eating. Chia seeds stick!!! Also, beware the other flavors. NOT as consistently tasty as the cherry chocolate.)

I am normally a hater of all things coconut, but every flavor in the rainbow pack tastes great. Banana nut: tastes like banana bread condensed into a chewy bar Coconut: tastes fresh and not gritty like shaved coconut - this is the only coconut thing I've ever enjoyed Apple: cinnamon apple pie in a chewy bar Mixed Berry: reminds me of black berry, deep flavor, love it Vanilla Almond: harder/chewier to eat than the others, but has a light vanilla and almond flavor, still great I got these for $5 on sale from Amazon. I doubt I'd pay $18 for them, but the flavor and texture is there. I just don't see myself paying $18 for this kind of treat. They are wonderful though. 5 stars. Love them. Just expensive.

Love these for my kids. Super healthy. Low sugar. Great portion size for school lunches. I always look to see when they are on sale though because snacks can get pricey, and I only want healthy snacks for my kids. The new flavors are delicious. Note — kids who usually eat junk food won’t like these. Kids who are used to eating healthy food will love them. You need to train your taste buds to appreciate light sugar. If your palette is accustomed to high salt/high sugar/high fat, you won’t enjoy these. Chia seeds become gelatinous when mixed with saliva, so those who aren’t used to chia seeds may not like them. But we love these!

These are delicious, soft and chewy little snack bars. I love them because they are tasty, almost like a cookie. The size is tiny, about 2"x3", so don't expect them to replace breakfast. But they are great for a pick me up along with other snack items, for a dessert replacement, or I even carry them around in my bag to take for a quick bite along with pills just to have something in my stomach. The flavors are a little on the intense side. Not in a bad way at all, but definitely not like other healthy bars where you get bits of subtle flavor mixed in with a bland base. I like their more intensely sweet flavor, which makes them great for a dessert substitute. I have noticed that I will gravitate toward eating flavors I really like a lot as a result of the strong sweetness, and I like to mix them up for this reason too, so it makes sense that they sell them in so many variety combos. Personally, I think the coconut is the best by far, like snacking on a macaroon cookie. It is sweet and simple and the coconut flavor is light enough to not be too overwhelming. My next favorites are mango and dark chocolate cherry, but these are more intense flavors and I find I only want to have one every once in awhile. The mango and cherry also have small bits of fruit mixed in with the chia that sometimes get stuck in my teeth; the coconut does not have this problem, with a completely blended consistency. I found chocolate peanut butter to be fine, but I found that I would rather eat other chocolate peanut butter bars I love that have a thicker consistency more comparable to baked goods (

This is a great snack. Check out the ingredients and you'll see mostly the good stuff. Chia has shown to lower some cholesterol's, but don't just eat this because you think that it will excuse all the other bad stuff you've been eating. However, you know that there are way more harmful snacks that you could be eating, so this is one of the better choices. Portion size is sufficient to give you that full up feeling. Flavor is chocolaty, so it satisfies that craving. About the only negative I can find is that the chia seeds may get stuck in your teeth. It's not the fault of the product, but simply what chia does regardless of where it's added as an ingredient.
