I had a wart removed on my heel a year and a half ago and have had a problem with it ever since. I have had to go to wound care many times because you cannot walk without hitting your heel. I spend hundreds of dollars trying to solve the problem including getting custom orthotics but no help. Back it was to wound care. A heel lifting boot was the only thing that allowed healing for me. Once healed over it still built callous that needs to be taken off each week after getting off the ugly boot and seemingly the wound being healed over. To reduce this it is important to walk as little as possible on the foot. A kneeling scooter (also found on Amazon) was used in place of walking. To keep friction away from the heel when I walk (to try to reduce callous buildup), I use paper tape, a flat replaceable sponge padding and 3x3-4 ply sponges (to keep the area clean) all found on Amazon as well. The final thing I purchased were these orthotics from Scholl. After purchasing these I felt instant relief. Now my foot is not hurting nearly as much when I walk and I feel this was the final piece of the puzzle in order to be slowly getting better! Hopefully after using these I can get rid of the heel pad, sponges and tape. But after having this problem, I dont want to do it too soon. I don't want to wound care and have to start over. The area needs much healing even after the would seems to be healed. I would never personally remove a wart from my heel again. The wound care doctor told me there are slower methods to do this that are preferable. I wish I had gone to her before going through this ordeal. Thanks Amazon for having everything I need to solve this issue! The wound care doctor told me the area will never get back to 100% healed but I am getting closer every day. I NEED TO ADD THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE ONLY AND IN NO WAY IS THIS TO BE CONSIDERED A PROFESSIOAL OPINION IN THIS FIELD. THIS MAY OR MAY NOT WORK THE SAME WAY FOR YOU.

I’ve had plantar fasciitis in both feet for two yrs now. I have tried many different insoles and this is the first pair that have given me any relief. I bought several pairs and insert them into other shoes. I’m still limited in what shoes I can wear, so far saucony sneakers work for me with these insoles. I don’t have perfect relief, but these have made me much more comfortable in combination with foot exercises I do on a daily basis, I highly recommend them.

Wow. If you suffer from planter fasciitis like I do, you need these. It was instant relief. I have a weekend job where I'm on my feet all day, 11 hours. Its amazing how instantly these worked. About 2 months in and still works great.

I couldn't be happier with this product. I had a bout of plantar fasciitis years back that was corrected with some regular arch supports. This time it was worse, and I couldn't fix it with the normal arches. After a simple and easy sizing of these inserts (with regular scissors), I put these in my shoes, and initially the pain was worse... but after a few hours, it melted away. It's like night and day with these -- if I go without these inserts one day, by the evening the pain is back. While using these, I am virtually pain free.

I ordered these insoles because I’ve had increasingly worse plantar fasciitis pain in both my feet, by especially my right, to the point I couldn’t walk on it in the morning most days. At first they didn’t seem to help, as I still had pain while walking with them, but they aren’t meant to be an immediate fix, as I discovered after a week or so, but they really worked to stretch my arch and get rid of the pain when I wasn’t wearing them. Now, about a month later, I don’t have any plantar fasciitis pain anymore after wearing them everyday.

This works! I tried NSAID's, frozen water bottles, stretching exercises, and several pairs of new shoes. 3 months of suffering gone the first day I used these. You will initially think it is a mistake because they really put a lot of pressure on your arch, but that is how they work! Easy to trim for fit, I have used them in work boots, hiking boots, cowboy boots, and sneakers. Your cowboy boots might need to be a loose fit , but all other shoes they will work with your normal size.

I was having really bad pain in my foot when I woke up each day and was noticing some swelling in my knee. So I jumped on the ole interwebs and did some research. I found a condition called plantar fasciitis that the symptoms closely matched what I was experiencing. So I figured instead of running straight to the hospital and giving them my first born in exchange for a pat on the back and some glorified tylenol I would give these a shot. Worth it! I wont say they could solve world hunger or fix the ozone layer like some of these reviews but i will say if you have aching feet at the end of a long day look into arch support, these may or may not be right for you but for me it was a game changer!

I have been suffering with a heel spur/plantar for months. I'm retired, so I'm home all the time and the first thing I tried were these CLARKS Women's Arla Glison Flip Flop, Grey Heather Fabric, 9 M US. They have great cushion in the foot bed, but my doctor said it wasn't enough and recommended these Crocs Unisex Coast Clog Black 8 Women/6 Men M US. They helped for daytime use, but not quite enough until I added these Dr. Scholl's. Was still suffering from early morning pain and unable to walk well right out of bed, so I added a this Futuro Night Plantar Fasciitis Sleep Foot Support, Adjustable, Firm Stabilizing Support for sleeping and that in combination with these other two things have helped tremendously. These Dr. Scholl's are great! You'll need to replace them fairly regularly if you're using them every day. My first pair lasted about a month before I could feel they weren't as supportive and needed to reorder.

Love love love these! After wearing them for the first day on a 10-hour shift my feet felt great. I had purchased these to replace the half size kind of heel inserts that kept moving around with every step. I'm very pleased with these full-length inserts they don't move around in my shoe at all and don't take up much extra space in my shoes so my feet aren't cramped. I highly recommend for plantar fasciitis pain!

I was recommended another brand of insoles by a doctor (called Super Feet). It actually made my feet feel worse. I'm not sure why I didn't just buy Dr. Scholls inserts. I have heal pain (Plantar Fasciitis - hope I spelled that right) but 1 week after using these daily, the pain was gone. I highly recommend these. They are comfortable. Easy to trim to size. I'll never use another brand again.
