This Furballz purple dog toy is my Golden Retriever's favorite toy. We needed to replace the 1st one and I found it cheaper on Amazon. Used my Amazon Prime and got it in 2 days. My dog is a heavy chewer. I doubted the "Chew Guard" would stop her. We didn't think it would last more than 2 weeks but it lasted for 6 MONTHS. The only design flaw I see is the eyes are a weak spot where my dog was finally able to the the stuffing out. Our dog carries it around and looks so cute with it in her mouth or snuggling with it. ' NOTE* I think any stuffed toy needs to be used with supervision. When I see my dog biting or pulling at the material, I tell her "Be NICE" and that's her cue to stop that kind of chewing. That helps toys last longer. :) UPDATE: We loved this toy so much we bought another one in orange. ♥

I have a lab/pit mix who is a really tough chewer but loves soft, fluffy toys pretty exclusively. I've bought her the tough rubber Kong toys or toy tires, and she chews it for a minute or two then ignores it forever. I've spent so much money on supposedly "tough" soft toys that she tears up in minutes it's ridiculous. I don't know what made me try this toy, but I'm really glad I did. I don't know what it is about this furball that has made it last. Technically, she could probably tear it up - she did kill the squeaker inside so it doesn't squeak anymore - but this thing is still fully intact after a MONTH (even the squeaker took her about a week to kill). I'm amazed!!! Maybe it's because the seams that she usually goes for are hidden by the fur? Or maybe it's the round shape? Or they are just truly more tough? I don't know, but this toy is durable, and I've bought all of the other tough but soft durable toys out there that I could find on Amazon or elsewhere. I'm on the site today to buy another one because my other dog loves it so much too. I'm not saying this would be indestructible to any dog, but this has been the first plush toy that didn't get disemboweled within a day of being in my house.

I ordered a small, he is a 10lb Chihuahua mix; but he doesn't care. Of all the toys I have bought my dog this is by far his favorite. It's a bit big for him. This is his second favorite to Ball is Froggy KONG Plush Frog Toy, Small, Green. We toss he goes running. We squeak it (takes a good bite for him to get it to squeak, perhaps not for a bigger dog), he comes running. He will drag this around the house in to his bed on the couch, if I try and put it in his toy bin it comes back out. lol. over all a happy dog, and a happy dog means a happy mommy. 4 of 4 paws approval from Bruce Lee the dog! Ball! Ball! BALL! and it's FLUFFY! I love fluffy! AND it squeaks when dad squeezes it and throws it! I chase it down and don't give to dad... I'm learning this fetch thing. I do quite a bit of my shopping online, particularly at Amazon, so like you I depend on reviews to be honest so I can make an informed decision. ALL of my reviews are on products I purchased on Amazon, I have never reviewed an item I did not personally buy ON Amazon. So, I hope this has been helpful for your shopping needs. If you have a question I will try and answer it to my best ability. Enjoy your shopping!

GoDog toys are one of the only toys that last with our pups. We love the quality and recommend it to all of our puppy families. great for super chewers too!

My dog is a stuffed toy killer. No toys have survived her reign.. except these furballz. I had picked up a pack of three of the medium sizes at sam's club during the holidays. They are all still alive 2 years later! I wanted to try to replace those for this Christmas, but ended up grabbing a large size (since it looks like they don't make the medium ones anymore?) As you can tell, she isn't too sad about the upgrade in size. My two large dogs use these as tug toys and they still look great. They look so nasty simply because they leave them out in the rain. 100% reccomend and will repurchase throughout her life.

It’s a fur ball - for my fur ball! I love these toys. But not as much as my 6 month old Pomchi puppy. I got 2 of them by mistake somehow, but now I’m glad I recieved 2 because it’s twice the fun! Also, I suggest you ignore the other reviews that say this toy is smaller than a tennis ball. As you can see by the picture I posted they’re just as big if not slightly larger than a regular tennis ball. Even when I squeezed them as hard as I could they still were about the same size as a tennis ball. Obviously, if you have a Great Dane or some other giant breed of dog you’re going to want to find a larger ball for it, but for medium and small breeds this is the perfect size. They’re also extremely durable... my dog has gone through quite a few toys in the past 6 months... all because of his teething (I look forward to the day that ends) but these fur balls are still intact even after a week of use (and usually he would’ve destroyed the toy by now). He also loves the noises they make. Although they are a bit harder to throw than a regular tennis ball (they don’t go as far because they don’t weigh as much so it takes a lot more effort on your part to thrown it far). My dog has already spent hours with this toy. He loves grabbing ahold of it’s fur and giving it a good shake. He is constantly begging me to throw it for him. The only thing I don’t like about them are the tags. They need to make the tags a lot smaller or where they can be easily taken off. But other than the tags, so far, I don’t have any complaints about these furballz. I suggest you hurry up and buy one (or a dozen) of them. Your doggo will seriously love you for it!

I bought this for my puppy when he was 10lbs. I bought the big one and even though it was bigger than he was, he adored it and carried it everywhere. Fast forward 10 months - he's now 50 lbs and still adores it. He almost always has it hanging out of his mouth, and it's withstood his tender loving care (NOT!) very well.

This product is one that is a staple in my household. My doberman destroys almost everything I buy for her. For some reason, the material in this product is quite strong and she would rather chew on it than destroy it. I have three of these in my arsenal, which I cycle through one by one as they get gross and then rebuy about twice a year. They are easy to wash-I used the heavy duty setting of my washer and disinfected them and they come out refreshed from the dryer like new. I recommend eventually washing them to remove factory chemicals and the loose fabric your dog might ingest, and it removes a lot of rainbow hairs that would lay around your house. When you see the lint tray for the first time you'll be happy you removed all the excess hairs. DO NOT wash with any clothing because you'll get rainbow hairs on them. The ball does shed so it can be a nuisance, but my dog loves these (as you can see!). I like to buy various colors to keep her interested. Lastly, cut off all of the tags to their base. It will last longer since your dog can't rip off tags.

My dog is a little over a year old and he has tons of toys. I've purchased all types of stuffed animals and chew toys to keep him entertained. Typically my dog will chew through a stuffed toy in about a week or he'll ignore it completely. Not this one. This one is his favorite. He plays with this toy more than any other toy I've ever gotten for him. He carries this toy everywhere he goes. He sleeps with this toy. He plays fetch with this toy. He loves this toy. So far, it's held up very well. I have a blue healer mix that does like to chew, but he hasn't chewed through this one yet. He just carries it around with him. We do monitor his chewing with stuffed toys and if he's chewing on a non-chew type toy excessively, we will take it away and give him a chew toy instead. But we haven't had to do that with this one. He just cuddles it and carries it around. It's super cute to see him hiding it under his paw to keep the cats from stealing it. It's a good toy.

Half the time I think dog toys are actually created with their human parents in mind! The fluorescent green/yellow color of this ball caught my eye right away! Add on 2 googly eyes and give it just enough bounce, and you are well on your way to keeping your dog entertained for quite awhile (or for as long as your arm doesn't give out!) My Maltese puppy loves to chase things that we throw to him, but being the middle the middle of winter in Snowy Buffalo, he'll have to settle for chasing it down our hallway! Our Rocky hasn't quite gotten the concept that he has to give the ball back to us if he wants it thrown again, so a tug of war ensues before he gets to chase it again. So far, the brightly colored ball has held up wonderfully, and I chose the small size which was perfect for our 16 lb baby boy. We both love the furry appearance, complete with well attached cloth eyes, and the color makes it easier to find when thrown in to a dark hallway. Personally I'm not sure which one of us liked it more, as we both wanted to play with it the minute it arrived! It has just enough bounce to it to keep him interested, without breaking a lamp or t.v. since my aim when throwing would have a baseball team ducking for cover! Rocky gives it four paws up, but he would be even happier if it came with instructions for the thrower regarding how to avoid hitting him in the head. Luckily it is very light weight so he never loses conciousness when it hits him. It is definitely our first choice when playtime comes around, and we can't wait for Spring so we can go outside and play without ending up in a snow bank. (Ha-Ha!) We give it our highest recommendation
